They came out early in the morning and immediately got to work setting up their equipment. What really stood out to me was how much care they took with my property. They laid wood down across the lawn to protect it before the tree came down. One of the crew members carefully climbed the tree and meticulously removed each branch, with everything securely rigged with cables to make sure nothing was damaged. With so many plants and landscaping surrounding the tree, I was nervous about the removal, but they handled everything with incredible care and precision. Once the tree was down, they chipped everything and cleaned up the entire area. You could hardly tell they had been there. They then moved to the backyard to trim several trees that were too close to the house. They were very attentive to the insurance requirements regarding the distance trees needed to be from the home. They even climbed onto the roof to carefully trim branches. David stayed involved throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. That personal attention meant a lot to me. I received several quotes before choosing Sierra Vista, and ultimately, it was my conversation and interaction with David that gave me the confidence to hire them. Cleanup was very thorough, pricing was really reasonable. They even made sure my dog stayed in the yard while the gates were open. I had them out to trim my 40' palm tree. They took out two dead oak trees, took more than ten feet off of two of my ash trees. The yard looks so much better now. And I feel ready for the winter. They took the time to make sure the huge ash trees are balanced and completely off the roof line. They worked really safely around my house while taking away a lot of complicated arms on the tree.
