The owner even debated with me over some of the damage as the crew member denied it. We felt that they use nice polite workers that appear to work hard. However, there was no crew leader and it was a free for all loading and unloading our belongings. We had everything packed and marked as to where it should be placed in the new home, it just didn't happen 50% of the time unless we were on top of them constantly. Young guys that seem to have this as a way to make a living and no skin in the game, so to speak. Having said all this, we enjoyed talking with them and actually was able to gift them quite a few pieces of belongings we couldn't keep and helped them personally. It was detailed and complete, listing all materials needed and all of the instructions for moving (what goes, what stays, packing fragile items, etc. 2. The team arrived per schedule, on time and ready. They worked quickly and professionally, and I found them friendly and I observed them taking extra care of my goods as they were loaded on the van. 3. Unloading was quick, and I found them both responsive to my directions for where things needed to wind up, and in fact they created a storage scheme that allowed me to access my kitchen stuff (for instance) without a lot of shuffling and relocating boxes. It was thoughtful and considerate, something I had not even thought about when planning the move. BBG&T were great. I was a bit wary considering the low cost, but they did an incredible job and maintained wonderful communication throughout the planning and moving process. I was given a window of 8am-8:30am for the movers' arrival, and Corey, Tamarius, and Drew arrived right before 8:30am. They did an excellent job taking apart and wrapping my furniture and got everything securely into their truck within about two hours. The unloading was extremely fast and Tamarius kindly put together the furniture they took apart for transport (and even moved some heavy packages that were waiting for me upon my arrival to the new house). I noticed a few small nicks on my guest bed frame and on one of the legs of my kitchen table, but nothing extreme (and nothing a wood marker couldn't take care of). The vast majority of my furniture (including my beloved bookcases) made it in excellent condition. TLDR; I couldn't recommend GS Moving Solutions enough! They were easy to work with and did a wonderful job moving me across state lines.

While making the deal with John, it seemed to go good, however, we found out afterwards there was important information he left out and was not offered! We moved on May 3rd 2025. First,they were late to the location. I got worried, but they showed up 30 minutes or so later. I was told they ran late from an earlier move. So I figured no worries, I was just glad they showed up. The moved seemed to go great, they were nice guys, it was pretty hot out and they worked hard! Once the move was complete, I thanked them and tipped them very well and they left. When we turned on one of the TV's (2 - year old, 75 inch smart TV), exactly where they delivered it and left it, it had a huge crack across the top along with other cracks and white lines going down it. (My boyfriend did tell one of the movers he was worried how he handled the TV and where and how he set it down. And the mover basically told him to hush that it's his job and he knows what he's doing!! ) I was very upset, as I paid good money for that TV. We called the gentleman that we made the deal with, John, and he stated we need to file a claim, but he wasn't sure of the outcome since we didn't have the insurance. We advised him we were not offered insurance and were unaware of that, he admitted he didn't offer it because he knew we were already on a budget. That should have still been offered to us regardless!! Then he asked how they moved the TV, we told him with a moving blanket, he explained it should have been moved in a special box that is around $100. So again, another issue on their behalf. He gave us the info to file a claim, we filed and had tried contacting them by phone and emailed numerous times. They never answer the phone and I never did get any calls back. They took 6 weeks to say they'd give us $50 for our TV that was over $800, two years ago (now worth $618). They said it was because we didn't have the coverage!! But, how are we supposed to be aware of it when we weren't told about it? Also, they moved our TV incorrectly, another issue that was out of our hands and not our fault. I am so disheartened by this. That TV was supposed to go to my daughter when we moved, she was so excited to have it and now all we will get is $50 and a broken TV to take to the dump. Just so wrong and unfair. I would not recommend them after this!!!

Come move day and the crew went above and beyond our expectations. The truck arrived *right* at 9 o'clock, and after q quick review + paperwork, they had all of our furniture and boxes on the truck and we were on the road by 9:25. And upon arriving at our new place around 10, everything was in and settled by about 10:30. We could not have asked for a smoother, more efficient move than what we got. We had originally expected to be done between 12:30-1, but by being so ahead of schedule we were able to unpack everything and be settled in before night time. I hired U-Pack and was immediately impressed by the customer service and the fact that I didn't have to deal with the dreaded A.I. robot machine that keeps the customer from reaching an actual living man or woman, rather I was quickly connected to a man or woman every time after a very. brief recording, and they were knowledgeable, super helpful, friendly and intelligent.
