My only suggestion would be for the business to be clear about pick-up instructions. We weren't familiar with the airport (or it rules/procedures) and were expecting someone to be waiting with a sign and our name (as that's been our experience in other cities). We had a difficult time finding our driver as we were unaware of where to go once out of baggage. That's fine, I just wish it was communicated ahead of time because it caused some stress. The vehicle was very clean, our driver was very friendly and the vehicle provided the level of accessibility and comfort we were seeking.
