After signing the contract, we heard nothing from them for weeks. They finally showed up unannounced at 4:00 PM. The crew did a mediocre job on roughly three-quarters of the yard, then announced they were done for the day and would return the next day to finish. While on site, the workers took multiple long breaks. The lead spent a noticeable amount of time on his phone scrolling instead of supervising or working. When I asked why they weren't working, he simply said it was hot. It was warm, but they had only been actively working for about 50 minutes when I confronted him. They had been on-site for roughly 2.5 hours total. When they left, the lead claimed they had clocked two hours. The bill later charged us for the full time the truck was at our property (via GPS tracking), regardless of whether the crew was actually working. They also stated that the return visit would have a two-hour minimum. At $195 per hour for a three-man crew, this adds up very quickly for incomplete work. The crew ultimately left several areas with visible weeds untouched. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the work quality was subpar, and the billing practices felt unfair. This company is expensive and not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I have a large industrial size swamp cooler on my home. It worked great for the first few years I…read morelived there, but the last few it has not been working and I just blamed it on how hot Utah has been. The handyman that I had been using I trusted because he helped my dad, so when he said he needed new pumps or everything was working great, I paid and just assumed it was done correctly. Last summer when it wasn't working correctly, he just never responded at all. I called Case Construction and Roofing to see if they had someone to shut it off in the Fall and they did. I called them to come get it running this year. There were 2 giant holes that just made the water run right out and never even get the pads wet. He asked if I have had a larger water bill and I have, like a LOT more the last couple of summers and I just assumed it was the sprinklers. They told me that my "handyman" put duct tape over the hole. He also said that one of the pumps wasn't even hooked up, the other one didn't work and the last one was dying. They also told me I needed new nets as they hadn't been replaced like I had thought. There was also a hornet's nest that had been in there and the water line had so much calcium in it that it was barely getting any water through. I bought 3 new pumps and the nets. He fixed it beautifully! Every pump is hooked up and running, the water line is working, the holes are fixed and the hornets nest is gone. My house is COLD again and I'm in tears of gratitude that Case Construction and Roofing is honest and fixed this for me. If you want a company you can trust to do the job you are paying you for, Case Construction and Roofing! Cortney is the literal best!!!!!

Starting from the quoting process Christine is responsive and easy to work with. They care about your property - they cleaned up each day before leaving and there's never any trash left behind. They even power washed the concrete areas around the project on the last day! Our project involved 4000+ sq ft of turf removal and installing plants, drip irrigation, rocks and a chat path. Mario and his crew worked methodically and because it's the same crew daily they worked well together. The final project looks stunning and that's even before the plants have had time to mature. We are also impressed by their attention to detail and they care about the project holistically instead of "just the area they are being paid". Examples: There were two areas of trees unrelated to their project but they checked the entire irrigation system and found and fixed leaks / broken parts without me asking (I knew of one of the leaky areas and to my surprise they fixed it before I asked). Where edging is used, the weed blocker is secured on the vertical part of the edging so weeds don't grow between. Trees are aligned (I saw them backing away multiple times to verify it looks good). They put mulch around existing trees that was not part of the project so the whole project looks nice.
