Because I've been driving 15 years I suspected that this was incorrect and along with money wasted, pretty much an unarmed robbery: I went to TAT Express, and Levi Truck Stop to be fair and received disturbing news. They stated that this company's actions were reckless and that the vehicle has a driveshaft that is loose beyond DOT limits and that the Kingpins are at 60 THOUSANDST and that it was a simple diagnosis and that with the proper equipment it would have only taken less than 30 minutes. I will be contacting Consumer Affairs, The AG of TX and filing a FRAUD complaint. I cannot begin to express the disappointment and disgust I feel at this moment, as I went to them in good faith and instead came face to face with a common thief!

I found a truck I liked and placed a deposit to secure it. The dealership attempted to arrange financing but was unsuccessful. After that, I informed them that I had my own lender ready and asked my salesperson to hold the truck until the next day so my lender could reach out. Instead of honoring that agreement, they sold the truck to someone else without informing me. The next day, when I followed up, I was told the truck was already in the process of being sold to another customer. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand that salespeople are motivated by profit, but basic communication and integrity should still matter. In this case, neither was shown. It's clear that customer service and long-term reputation are not a priority here. If you value honesty, transparency, and professionalism, I recommend looking elsewhere.
