I didn't buy the extended warranty because this thing was totally decked out with aftermarket parts that wouldn't be covered and it looked literally brand new. I was ticked to say the least that I was already in the hole from buying it and now it was going to cost much more to fix it. I live in Austin and was dreading taking it back 3 1/2 hours to pay for something that shouldn't have broken anyways. Freedom Powersports called me today to let me know the parts were ordered and there would be no charge to get it fixed up!!!! I couldn't believe it. Then I was told they couldn't even work on my moped because they don't have the capability to service it. Now I'm left paying significantly more than I would have online, wasted two weeks, and still don't have the tire installed. Very frustrating and disappointing overall.

The guy on the phone says sure come on down we're open all day. So I rode 40 minutes there and when I arrived they said that they were no longer doing service because of the Coronavirus. But there was no compensation, there was speaking to a manager to see if there was anything else that could be done, or anyone else in town that could help me, basically move your bike cuz it's in the way. So ultimately just sorry you had to drive 40 minutes but we're not going to service your bike, unless you want to leave it with us until the coronavirus is over, which was an ignorant suggestion.

Well, no tractor or implements delivered, no phone call to explain what the status is. I guess I will have to call them back again. Their communication seems horrible from the other comments I have read. I guess I am getting to experience that as well. I doubt I will buy here again, unless it is an emergency or they tell me they have everything in stock and I can take with me the same day. I guess their business model is to over promise and under deliver.
