After the tow, they waited for us to get our luggage and dropped us off at the hotel. The driver let us get our pooch in the truck and we extremely nice and understanding of our situation. The owner by the name of Vic was so plain out rude, my husband had asked him where the restroom was and all he got back was a huge sigh and he walked off. Then, my kids wanted treats so we went back inside to the A&W to get a float, the experience was great so far with a teenage cashier, but i believe the owners daughter named Marissa is the manager of the restaurant, she was friendly but why was she in a hurry at 11am? And leaving a kid behind during a busy hour and telling him to do many things by himself with no help? Why did she take money out of the restaurants register and leave then come back later dolled up? What a unprofessional business! I felt bad for the workers, they looked so frustrated so i tipped them each! The restrooms were disgusting! And when Vic opened their storage room, i had seem dirt and mouse feces on the floor!! So imagine what would be in that kitchen! I left with an unexpected disgusted surprise!
