No local timely support. The "CFO" was unprofessional and communication was rude, in my opinion. When requested the owner to call me, he couldn't even trouble himself. The estimater, Will, was extremely nice, but once he gives you an estimate, he is out of the picture. The office staff said to communicate with them only. I paid April 29, 2026, and they said the fence was ordered. It was a black aluminum special order. They only carry one style in stock I was told. I was originally told usually 4 weeks, but sometimes shipped sooner. Next, I was told it takes 4 - 6 weeks. The fence was eventually installed one day shy of 9 weeks. I was told it would be a 2 day job. The workers (2) arrived after lunch and the "supervisor" said they might finish up today and work until dark. At 8:25 PM, they left and assumed the job was complete. I was told from supervisor, he would return the next day to sign off on job. On day 1, the supervisor initally stayed just long enought of spray paint the lines. Then left. The 2 workers worked extremely hard. No English, so had to translate on the phone. They said they had no water or lunch, so I provided for them. I will say that Fence1 said the do try and have all workers loaded up with water on the truck each workday. I followed up with the supervisor with concerns about the installation and cleanup and he said he would "come out here in the next few days". I told him all 3 gates were not installed correctly and he said "the metal gates are prefabricated and do not come to match the slope". I told him that is not true. When the workers came back out, they were magically more aligned. Seriously, Fence1. Maybe all the great reviews come from wood fences. But I assure you, my aluminum fence installation was not timely, it was frustrating, and just a pain. The only thing prompt with this company is their desire to receive final payment.

We'd had several outfits here for inspections and estimates, most of them wanted us to submit "hail-damage" insurance claims, and then they tried to tell us, "Oh no, that won't raise your premiums at all!" We called BS on each one of them. The "WAG'd" verbal-ONLY estimates that we got were all over the map. Enter HomeSafe, and John May. Phone call "about 15 min. out." Firm handshake, and some get-to-know-you conversation about history on the property and roof. Well prepared to discuss several grades and price-points of shingles, drip-edge, flashing repairs, brick-to-roof transitions, ridge-vent, decking repair, snow-and-ice treatment in the valleys, vent coping, clean-up, et.al. Probably a good 15-20 minutes on the roof, and further discussion about what he observed and documented. Our position: "done right, and with the best materials." Then the BIG question..."how much up-front?" We were surprised. John: "Nothing. We get paid when you're happy with the job." A few days later we had a WRITTEN contract in-hand, and for a VERY reasonable amount (double-digit thousands less than one very prominent local outfit). We went on the schedule for 3-4 weeks out. Dump trailer arrived day prior - parked on concrete - all debris to go directly from the roof to the trailer. Crew showed early AM for two days. Brought tarps to collect stray materials that fell from roof. Clean-up afterwards was pretty good, considering bushes / flowers / pool to work around. Had a couple change-orders (adds) that were easily accommodated. After they were done, I did my own hard look at the work - found a few nit-noids - let John know. Together, we hit the few points on the roof, confirmed the needed tweaks, and folks were back the next day to make the fixes. Money changed hands the next day, and John even brought the wife a new "hummingbird swing" that had inadvertently "disappeared" in the cleanup! We've been in the area almost 9 years, and eight times have had to contract for work that we couldn't do ourselves. HomeSafe is only the second time that: we've felt we'd not been taken advantage of; we've not had to "fight" to get the job done correctly; we've not been displeased with the final result; we'd not had to pay at least 50% up-front. John's card in on our refrigerator - permanently - for other services we might need. Y'all can't go wrong with these guys!

He was immediately answering our calls/texts & showing up in person to check progress. David even delivered doors, lights & extras. I cannot praise David & the Mighty Dog team enough for the quality & care of the the craftsmanship done on our home. David made sure to take care of every detail I requested down to small details like new house numbers, kick plates & slide locks on new doors. Of course the team handled special requests like tempered glass security storm doors, new entry doors, new handles & locks. Our 38 year old windows were replaced with modern windows. The craftsman did an excellent drywall job preparing for the crew to put up new trim around inside windows. Turned out great. Old water & termite damage was uncovered when removing original wood siding from 1989. The crew repaired, insulated & wrapped my home & hung new siding. All house trim & facia was replaced on porch. Crew removed damaged railings /columns & rebuilt brand new porch railings, columns. The crews were courteous, professional & extremely hardworking. I was very impressed & happy with the skills & level of workmanship of the crews, the lead, the project managers & (especially David, who happens to be everything rolled into one!) David kept this project rolling on track. He is a great human being to work with & a great new friend to have made. I would not trust these people now to do anything to my house. They respond that they were not a day late but they were. They respond that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get an estimate to the client. The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.

We had 800+ feet of chain-link fence, a 16' double gate, a 12' and an 8' single gate, installed this past April by another local company (which shall remain nameless for legal reasons). We had to have these "other guys" out a few more times to make "corrections" - which they just couldn't do, not without screwing up something else...with their "good-enough" or "that's the way WE do it" attitudes (and the crew couldn't speak or understand English). We were frustrated and fed up, and couldn't see anything EVER being "right" (even with a 1-year warranty on labor). After much research, and wading through the "real" reviews, we called B&B in mid-July; "Can y'all fix this s__t?" After a lengthy review of the obvious problems and proposed solutions, Jentry assured us they could eliminate the humps and sags, and floppy fabric, and too-short / out-of-plumb line-posts, and uneven margins, and loose tension-wire, and fix the gates, and.... "Let's do it." "Ed" and his crew were here, early. We did a quick review of the tasks to be done, and they got to work. All of the line-posts were removed, and replaced with new ones; and this time they were straight, plumb, and a string-line used to cut them to the EXACT height (as opposed to no evidence of a string-line being used by the "other guys"). The loop caps were PROPERLY placed, the old terminal posts were cut to PROPER height and caps set level, the fabric was stretched "TIGHT," and was attached with the industry-recommended number of ties so that there was "half-a-diamond" showing above the top-rail (NOT a whole diamond - give-or-take). The gate posts were re-configured for PROPER spacing of the gates and the provided latches, all of the dug-up rocks and dirt were removed (as opposed to being left where dug up, or strategically hidden about the property, as per the original installer). ALL of this was accomplished in LESS than three days, even when digging the holes BY HAND, and for at least half a day with only two men working, vs. three. When there was any question, we could quickly communicate, confer, and decide. (The previous installer initially took four days, using a tracked machine to dig the holes, and a machine to mix the concrete, and with three men who needed help to understand how to use a drill to drill holes in gate-posts.) B&B's crew, with "Ed" as the foreman, was OUTSTANDING! We're SO pleased with their work - it looks GREAT, and all of the gates close and latch properly now! The owner, Brett, was readily available, and was out to personally inspect the job. If you're needing fencing done RIGHT the first time, you won't regret hiring this outfit to do it.
