My husband is a weekly regular and is picky as hell, but he always finds something to appease his tastes. Pricing, considering the high quality product offered, is very good. The liquor area has a fair selection of beverages at competitive prices. Bulk candy is readily available at very cheap prices. Mikey, the Head Cigar Guy, is super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually browse the liquor and candy aisles while hubby is deciding. The other staff is also friendly - not in-your-face, jumping up and down type of friendly - but approachable and helpful. And pleasant when ringing your purchases up. When I'm shopping, I like to be left alone until and if I have a question. I buy alot more that way.

As you walk in to the right, there's some small wall humidors, pipe tobacco, various torches, cutters, etc. straight ahead is a few small smoking rooms, few TVs (one to a room, which I like), to the left is the counter and a small walk in humidor. The owner/operator is a pleasant chap and knows his way around cigars. He has a good selection of sticks that'll keep you busy for more than a few smoking sessions if you tried something new every time. I think the smoking rooms could use a few more ashtrays, cutters and lighters but I usually went during the day so maybe he puts more out during peak times. Upstairs is the members only section. There's a nonmembers cutting fee to smoke in the lounge. Not a fan of those in general but Joplin isn't exactly a high volume city so it's understandable. I will for sure return when I'm back in Joplin. Loved the places and loved chopping it up with the locals when I stopped by.

The room we sat in to indulge in our sticks was loaded with antiques and featured very nice leather oversized couches. Stop in, buy a stick or two, and ask about what is behind the curtain!

Every time I have came in before work the over night attendant is either sleeping, on his laptop,…read moreor visiting with friends. The service from him is like walking on egg shells. He's hateful and acts as if it's a burden to serve me. Any of the other employees are welcoming and happy to serve the customers. I'm literally scared of this man I leave crying everytime.

Feerick's westside is my favorite place for any liquor or beer I buy. They have great staff…read moremembers who are always friendly and are willing to help you with anything. When I buy heavy things, they always help me carry it to my car. Their beer is SO cold! I love bringing it out of the big beer cooler! They have so many beers stocked in the walk-in cooler, and they have them organized so you can see and access them easily. They have a variety of wine and liquors even though the building is small. They also have a drive-through which is very handy at times! They even have a humidor in the building for all your cigar and tobacco needs. I love the smell!

I like their walk-in cooler (customers welcome to browse inside). When I stopped in, they had some sort of candle or incense going that smelled amazing (they sell both items in store). Staff was very friendly. They have a drive-thru although I've never taken advantage of that because I prefer to browse. I notice they close at 8 pm even on Fri/Sat which seems rather early but I still like Feerick's Westside.
