I ordered a vanilla flurry with cheesecake bites, sprinkles, and cotton candy flavor burst. When the lady gave me back my order it was 2 separate things and then I told her that I didn't ask for that and told her what I originally said again and then another worker comes over and gives me a very rude look And they both just look at me and say "well do you want it" and told them no and then they took their time and made me a flurry that was pretty much melted and had a piece of hair in it... I never ate it and ended up throwing it away and also they charged me $10 for this large flurry. Very disappointed and disgusted with your staff especially the 2 young ladies who helped me. I use to be a loyal customer, not anymore. I was disgusted at what I saw yesterday! I try to give small business support, especially when things like tough. But I was shocked at what I saw! I pulled through the driveway thru and a employee was feeding a dog ice cream in a bowl, while the customer was sitting there letting her do it! Then when the dog was finished they drove off.. and I saw the employee washing her hands. I was so disgusted because I was behind them, I just pulled off. Because I was not about to let her serve my anything! I will now go to Mooney, Culver's etc. to get my ice cream from now on. read more

This place has really went downhill...don't waste your money. Literally couldn't pay me to go back. They get at least one person out of the groups order wrong even if there is only two of you. Then you get to wait in line again to get treated like you are lying when you are handing them a cup that's completely full, so they can do a terrible job remaking the correct one, with zero apologies. You even get other employees coming to the window to give you dirty looks. Decided to give this place a try after we ate dinner. For 4 people, it ended up being about $15. And that included a banana split, a smoothie, and three medium blizzards/ice-cream dishes. We had come once before and got four large slushies, the kids liked them so I came back today to get another four. I wasn't even done placing my order when an older man, assuming the owner, starting yelling at the top of his lungs from inside the building. He was screaming NO NO NO MY MACHINE CAN'T HANDLE THAT NO, PICK SOMETHING ELSE, NO. And he just wouldn't stop yelling about how the machine couldn't handle it. I didn't know there was a limit on slushies, I didn't see it listed anywhere. I'm shocked I was being yelled at for ordering a set that I had gotten before. The ice cream here reminds me of where I worked when I was in high school. It's all soft serve. No hand dipped. It is creamy and delicious. They don't skimp on the cones. A small is the amount of a medium at other places. The shakes are nice and thick. And yummy. We have to give ourselves limits on how often we go or we would be there all the time. The prices are reasonable and the staff very friendly. read more
