You call for appointment and get set up…read more 1st time visit they inform you when you arrive that they need a copy of your pet shot records in which they never informed you of. 2nd this is a cash or physical check business in which it is not posted or disclosed. So during picking up my pet the very rude and arrogant employee treated me as a problem for pointing out that she never informed me about the records or cash policy. This business is definitely not male or military friendly. During settling my payment they didn't even want to provide a receipt. The receipt was had written and the employee had tons of distain doing that simple task I being a 28 year military veteran highly recommended you avoid this business with all their demands, no electronic records, and willingness to be combative verbally and nonverbal body language. If I could I would post a sign warning all future customers to avoid Dogma Grooming.

Even though I took my puppers here out of convenience, they did an amazing job. We will definitely be taking our little fur baby here for future grooms. Her haircut was perfect and she smelled great. The staff was very friendly and they were very gentle with my dog from the minute we arrived. On this visit I asked for a summer cut because her hair gets curly and matted. She looks and feels better when it's really short. Definitely consider giving them a try next time your dog needs a bath or a groom.
