Stay away from this business!!! I contacted this groomer in April to schedule an appointment for my dog to be groomed. After being rescheduled three times, we finally had an appointment today four months later (August) at 0930. By 1030 they hadn't showed up. I sent a text asking if they were still coming. I didn't get a response. I called at 1045 and the receptionist claimed she sent me a text canceling on me this morning but "her phone was acting up and the msg didn't send". Yet, every other text changing my appointments and increasing their prices have somehow gone through? I have taken the day off work and sat at home all morning for nothing. What a shame. I am a HUGE supporter of small business owners and have been super patient with all their changes. This business is clearly mismanaged. - April 28 submitted a request for an appointment - On May 2, I was scheduled for July 18 appointment - On June 15 received a msg stating they increased their prices for doodles. - Also on June 15, I received a msg saying the groomer Lori was taking July 18th off and they would need to push my appointment to August 27 at 1015 because her existing clients take precedence for rescheduling her day off. - On July 29th I received a msg stating because of gas prices and drive times they had to move me to August 26th at 2:45. - On August 23 I received a msg stating due to routing issues they needed to move my appt to 0930 from 2:45 on August 26th. Here we are four months later. All my patience and flexibility with this company was clearly a waste of time!!! read more

The most unprofessional, mismanaged scheduling. Rude scheduler/front office lady. Does not listen to scheduling requests. I told her 5x I wasn't available on certain days and times, so she schedules me for those exact days and times. They are always changing appointment days and times and not notifying customers appropriately. If they have to cancel an appointment on their end, they do not accommodate and fit you into the schedule in a timely manner, scheduling you out a month or MORE. Why should the customers and dogs be inconvenienced because they can't properly manage their company and scheduling? The ONLY reason why I have stayed with this company as long as I have is because of Kelly. She is the only reason, and once she leaves, I am gone. Go anywhere else... read more

Wonderful, Fantastic ,Great!!! I've taken my baby to a few groomers since moving to Augusta from New York and none can compare. Kelly was so patient and treated my Lil Missy with so much love and care. And her cut was beautiful. My baby was so happy , calm and clean . She's part of the family now. Thank You Miss K!!! Don't use this company have been using for about year or two and out of no where get a text message stating we cant do your pet anymore. Cant even give you the respect as a loyal customer, that tipped her employees very well for the job they did, a phone call to explain why they could not do my dog anymore. Just a text message. KELLY gets 5 stars from me because she arrived on time for 1st grooming, on January 23rd 2021 at 8:00 a.m. I love her personality, she shows and abundant amount or caring, love & affection. She is highly qualified, she makes me feel confident in her skills. This was my 1st time ever using a mobile pet service and I am thoroughly pleased with her. I never knew these services existed. She not only got my fur baby to feel relaxed. But she also got me relaxed & comfortable. I'm gonna tell family & friends about her. She understands how fur baby owners love their babies. She's delicate and nurturing. She's very knowledgeable about fur babies behavior & has great insight on what our babies needs are. I have already told her that I specifically want her for scheduled reoccurring visits. My fur baby got to stay in her home environment.
