After asking the staff for recommendations, they said first timers should try their signature, Friends Burger, which is a classic cheese burger with all the usual toppings, with hand-cut fries and the truffle dipping sauce. I could easily tell the burger was hand-formed and cooked fresh upon order and the fries were hand-cut. Everything is freshly made here, including the baked buns. That was my experience. The menu is short and sweet. Consists of 4 very well-made burgers. The pulled pork "burger" (actually shreds of pork heaped onto a bun) wins, hands down. Moist, flavorful, and addictive. As for other choices: My friend loved her goose burger. And we (and many others) kept ogling the beef patty with bacon. Whatever you pick, you can't go wrong. You order and pay at the counter. Then sit back and wait for your order to be called. Meanwhile, thanks to the open kitchen/prep aprea, you can watch the hard-at-work cooks prepare your burger to perfection. Note: There's not much seating -- 8 seats at the counter, plus 5-6 tables upstairs.
