Terrible. I ordered a small delivery via Uber Eats and they notified me that they didn't have my…read moredeoderant in stock. That's completely fine, I chose a refund for the item. I was not notified of any other changes in delivery. Delivery arrives. I only ordered so I could get Hollandaise sauce so I could cook Eggs Benedict for a guess and no where local had stock. I did not get hollandaise, I got Peri Peri Mayo that I did not want or need. I received a block of chocolate I did not order. I don't eat chocolate. If you are out of stock, that's fine, I get it. Communicate though. Don't presume that I'd prefer choc over the Hollandaise that I actually needed. I hope management address this issue. I won't shop at this store again. I don't care about a refund.

This location of coles is conveniently located closer to the shore in case you want to do a quick…read morerun around and get some food. the store itself is very well maintained. and the staff were friendly. if i ever get to visit werribee area i am in and will visit this store again!
