Apparently they are getting tons of complaints. Four weeks ago four friends and I painted upwards of $200 worth of pottery at this studio. We have still not received our finished products in the mail nor have we heard anything from the owner, (Stephanie). I am hoping to resolve this issue and either get our pottery (which is what we really want) or get a 100% refund. However, it appears the owner has no interest in doing either of these things.

Upon opening, there was 1 small piece of newspaper wrapped around the stem and 1 piece of bubble wrap loosely wrapped around the 2 pieces together. The stem of the glass was completely shattered so it couldn't even be glued. I left 3 messages and emailed Stephanie (owner) regarding this problem and she never even bothered to call me back. The glass was $24 and the shipping $7 and we have nothing to show for it. My daughter is extremely upset. This is very unprofessional and now I have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. This is not what you would expect from a reputable business in Corning. I would suggest not to patronize this business unless you are able to take the piece away with you since they obviously do not know how to properly ship the items and make no effort to resolve problems

The man didn't even let her get to the cash registers before he accosted her telling her he "knew she was stealing and to empty out her pockets and roll up her sleeves because she LOOKED suspicious". She showed him she didn't have anything and he was still verbally abusive. Her Mother went in and gave the man a piece of her mind. She called me sobbing. Ridiculous.
