He quickly went over to the house, helped me choose the locks, installed them, FaceTimed me along the way, and sent me photo/video of all the completed work. I can't tell you how much this man cared. Oscar made me feel so comfortable to contact him - told me to call if I needed anything at all. And whenever I did call, he answered immediately. Oscar gave every single detail his full attention. He listened to exactly what I needed. And he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. In closing, I want to stress this: not only was Oscar highly competent, reliable, friendly, honest, responsive, and knowledgeable - he was also truly kind and understanding. The notes i want to mention that make his service above and beyond what i have become used to included: Any mess that was made was instantly cleaned by them. They had a portable vacuum for the door wood shavings. They left my house in better condition than when i called them both times. To find a company you even trust enough to ask them to recommend other companies is a big deal. My knob door lock had been sticking for some time, so I called Caola on Monday and was able to get…read morean appointment for Friday to have the knob replaced and a new deadbolt installed. Zack arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation ended up being more challenging due to a pre-drilled latch hole on the door jamb that was spaced incorrectly, but he was able to find a solution and the new locks work perfectly. I would definitely recommend Caola to anyone that needs locksmith services in the area.
