I received confirmation to my phone and then another notification saying the staff was out due to a stomach bug or something like that. I understand. However, after that I expected to get a call from the director or the school to reschedule once again but that never happened. My intention in writing this is just for another mama to take my experience into consideration when looking for the perfect fit for their kiddos. It just seemed/s off. Prior to enrolling, our 2yr old was going through her 'biting' stages of toddlerhood. She had two incidents at her prior school with a long stint of no incidents after that before enrolling in KA. Once enrolled at KA, our 2yr old went on biting streak. Upon further investigation as to why this kept happening, I found out that A) the classroom was incredibly overcrowded - there was no way any amount of teachers could keep an eye on that amount of kids and B) everyday there was a new teacher in the classroom. The teacher churn was UNREAL. That tells me they don't pay their teachers jack squat and kids run the place so of course the teachers don't care. After awhile, they would start sending my 2yr old home after an incident. How the F am I supposed to pay for daycare if I also have to watch my child? I brought this up to management but they didn't care. Eventually our 2yr old was kicked out of KA. At her new school, she's had one incident of biting in 6 months. Her class has the same 2 teachers M-F and a much smaller class size. 2. KA will take any and every excuse to either close down or send your child home for the day, not just major holidays or incidents, not to mention the 2 weeks off around Christmas/New Years that you are EXPECTED to continue to pay for. Training day for teachers 2-3 times per year? Schools closed, kids stay home and you pay for it. Woke holiday? Schools closed, you pay for it. Mild storm expected? Schools closed, you pay for it. 3. This school is incredibly cheap and although the facilities are nice, good luck trying to get a refund or vacation time without escalating it past management to the owners. All in all, I would avoid unless its your only option.

They accepted our 1 year old baby who has been in daycare since he was 4 months and attends church nursery regularly - all without one mention of any type of problem. Ever. He started at this school Monday. Within *one hour* of dropping him off we got a call saying we needed to come right away and pick up our baby because he bit someone. When we got there they had all of his things packed and said he was kicked out. We asked to see the video camera footage because we were so shocked he would bite anyone when he has never done that before. They refused to show us any footage. They said it was against privacy rules - which is a lie, and in previous reviews you can read how they did show footage to other families. Only showing us a cell phone photo of the "bite". The photo was of a child wearing shorts - when none of the other children in his class had on shorts that day because it was cold that morning. I'm not saying it's impossible he bit someone, all babies do at some point. It's normal. But what is unbelievable is that he would bite someone and they would kick him out within 1 hour, the very first day. It seems like they just didn't want him there for some reason. I'm glad this happened because my mom intuition was going off, and this was not a good place for my child. Our baby has never cried when dropped off at school, babysitters, church, anywhere. At this school he cried and he was still crying when we got there an hour later once he was kicked out. We are concerned that he was inappropriately punished and we don't know that he wasn't mistreated after this "incident" since they won't show us the footage of what actually happened Also, this facility falsifies documents. They never had us sign our child in/out that day. Then We got a notification on their app that someone changed his wet diaper at 10:15am, with teacher initials next to it - he left the school before 10am. Furthermore, they forged my husbands signatures on enrollment paperwork with an electronic time stamp on 3/22 when my child was expelled from the school on 3/21, so we were not even there or enrolled on that date. Save yourself and your child the emotional distress and please STAY AWAY from this place.
