With Covid-19, we weren't allowed to have measurement/ordering time at the school so I personally had measure myself and order my own lab coat/scrubs/patches etc. They were very open to me coming to the store to pick up my uniforms instead of me having to pay the shipping charges. The woman on the phone was very thorough and helpful. She made the transaction seamless (I wish I got her name). All my items were ready for pick up within 7 business days. Very impressed. I called to say I'd pick up within the hour of them letting me know they were available for pick up and they accommodated to that. I knocked on the door when I arrived and she double checked everything was correct in the bag and off I went! I can't express enough at how impressed I am with their customer service. Melissa was able to help in expedite in paying over the phone and was able to pass the scope out in the street as my wife was taking her lunch to pick it up. They genuinely care and the sense of urgency is BIG with these guys. Melissa was even able to stay on the phone and help with directions and met my wife in the street (my wife was in her car) to pass off so she can get back to saving lives and doing her job. I was able to try many different masks and sizes and ask questions and was given all the time in the world to feel comfortable with this new equipment. Northshore Home Medical Supply offered a big selection, which was good because I'm a big guy, and she went in to talk to the staff. Joe showed her the options, then said that they also rent chairs, so I could try it at home for 30 or 60 days, or just rent it for the period I needed. After 30 days we knew that we wanted to buy the chair. Their price was better than other companies, and they credited the rental fee to the purchase price, making it a great value. 2 years later there was a problem with the chair, the back collapsed and the remote couldn't bring it up. Calling the manufacturer for what we thought was a 7 year warranty, ends up on certain parts were covered. They couldn't even offer a service call because they don't have a Boston service supplier. I called Northshore and described the issue, they had a service tech out that day to review the problem. He couldn't figure out the fix. Joe came out at 8 pm and within 15 minutes the chair was working like new, at no charge. This is an excellent local company. I would recommend them highly.
