I needed to fill a prescription over the summer and I figured I'd give TFP a try. Wow - they were amazing! I walked and in and immediately was taken care of. They even asked how I was feeling in relation to the meds I was picking up and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the prescription. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease. That experience was only the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. I went in there to buy a pharmacy product and was kind of frazzled and in a panic so I just grabbed it, paid for it and left. Turns out I didn't need both of the items I bought so I went back a week later to return one of them. The owner recognized me and told me that she realized she had accidentally overpriced one of the items I bought and didn't notice it until I made the purchase - so right then and there she handed me $3 cash. WHAT? That would never in a million years happen at one of the huge pharmacy stores. The grand finale - a couple weeks after getting my prescription there, I got a hand written thank you note from the owner for bringing my business there. You just scored a customer for life!

I took my son for a flu shot I checked in on the app an…read morehour ahead and was given an estimated time. 20 minutes after the estimated time the nurse comes out and says she's taking someone ahead of me-some glitch in the computer scheduling system. I ended up waiting another hour. That's an hour and a half after we were supposed to be seen for a two second flu shot. I didn't even get an apology. I thought this option would be quicker and easier than making an appointment at his doctors office. I was wrong.

I talked to someone two hours ago to make sure that everything was all set. The woman tells me yeah they're working on it now. It should be ready in about two hours. I drive all the way over there to pick up the prescription and they tell me no there's an issue. The pharmacist has a question for the provider I got a message from the provider saying I called. It's all set. I don't care about the fact that I can't pick the prescription up. What I care about is that there's zero communication And they just make it up as they go along and tell you whatever they feel like telling you places is a joke.

The staff were all very courteous and prompt. Scheduling was easy. The only thing I wish they did was leveled out the air pressure in all my tires since I did have all 4 replaced. I think it was late and everybody may have been eager to get home and overlooked that. A small sitting area for waiting would be nice too but I had a little shopping to do anyway. This is not true -- no delivery person ever came to our address, and we did not make any cash payment. Instead of helping investigate the issue, I was accused of calling too late to report it, even though I called right after the holiday season due to pre-planned travel. We chose this pharmacy because GoodRx listed a better price than other pharmacies. However, after the prescription was sent, we were told by the pharmacy staff that they do not honor GoodRx pricing. This feels very misleading and deceptive. Overall, my experience with this Remedium Pharmacy was extremely poor. I will not use this pharmacy again and do not recommend it at all.

She's been in critical health and because she has an issue causing poor appetite and weight loss, this call was thoughtful. This small gesture made my day brighter. Helpful to know-It's a compounding pharmacy if you require this for a special medication. Side note-It was very clean inside and there is free parking out back in the plaza area or directly in front on the street.
