Besides bad service by one associate, I have noticed about dozen fruit flies buzzing around the drink machine (one of the left) in the cafe. I told both associates in the kitchen but they don't seem to care nor understand what I was trying to say. One lady kept saying use the right side. I asked that lady nicely "Can you ask you manager to address this?" but I got blank stare. This was not the first time I have see group of fruit flies. I have noticed last few times within a month and a couple of times those flies went into my drink. Is that the violation of health code? But what do I know? I am just a customer. read more

I went to have my tires replaced after hitting a huge pothole during a rain storm while driving through a dark area in my town and blowing a tire. The staff were all very courteous and prompt. Scheduling was easy. The only thing I wish they did was leveled out the air pressure in all my tires since I did have all 4 replaced. I think it was late and everybody may have been eager to get home and overlooked that. A small sitting area for waiting would be nice too but I had a little shopping to do anyway. Overall, I still highly recommend this place for the ease, comfort, and value. read more

I visited the Sam's Club in Hudson, NH (7Walmart Blvd) on July3rd during my half‑hour lunch break to grab some Fourth of July food. What followed was a painfully frustrating 20minutes wasted at the checkout--only for me to walk out empty‑handed. My debit card had been through the wash, so the chip and swipe were unreadable--but thankfully the tap function still worked. Unfortunately, their registers do not accept tap-to-pay. Multiple swipe and insert attempts failed. Even after a front end staff member stepped in, I was flat‑out told "there's no capability to accept tap." It was astonishingly archaic in 2025. I wasn't trying to do anything fancy--just pay quickly and easily during a short break. Instead, I had to abandon my groceries and return empty-handed. All because the store refused to support contactless payment, even though that same card works flawlessly nearly everywhere else. This isn't just my one-off gripe. Reviews and Reddit threads confirm Sam's widely rejects tap payments, pushing customers toward their Scan&Go app instead--which isn't a substitute for someone who doesn't want to register their banking info or struggles with cell service. Bottom line: If you don't want to use Scan&Go or carry a fully functioning chipped card, you're out of luck. And today, not supporting tap is not an "inconvenience"--it's a deal-breaker. I left irritated, and having completely wasted my break. Recommendation to Sam's Club management: Modernize your registers. Most of their bakery product were coming up on out dated items with in a day even if you looked as you look all tge containers awful , now they send me a coupon saying sigh up for $15.00 , but they won't let me i have pay full price , I even tried putting in my girlfriend's name and still no so never mind , just dont buy any bakery nobody there checks the stock on the floor I refuse to buy anything ftom the bakery even regular loads of bread , now ill check any frozen food , meat produce now Sam's club has put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

My father had a Sam's club account. He passed away nearly 3 years ago. Every year, I call to have his Sam's account and credit card canceled. Every year, they charge me, say they will close the account and refund the account. They never do. I just called once again and they are saying the account is now closed (though it is not reflected in the online account) but refuse the refund the money, or to review their own customer service tapes that would support my claim. read more

Even though both stores are very far from us, they do have good delivery services for most anything you want except for perishables. I find this to be a very good thing to know. I do go up there in person about every two months and get stuff they can't get delivered like their fresh muffins or pastries or some of their frozen food that I really like. Other than that, I've never had a bad experience with them the other week we happen to get something delivered, it was broken into before it was packed in our box to be delivered and they gave me a credit and just said throw it away don't even bother even though the stuff inside was Individually wrapped. I just felt kind of weirded out that someone had cut a hole in the bottom of the bag and taking them out that just kind of struck me. But they didn't want anything exactly just donated us. Worst tire experience ever, they ordered my tires made my appointment well in a week of advance first appointment at 8am and it took 3 1/2 hours because they were short staffed. Exactly how is that my fault? Ask for a partial refund on the purchase and the general manager was so rude. I dislike Sam's club I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I wasn't sure if I was even gonna bother reviewing this Sam's Club at first. But after a few months of thinking on it, I decided I probably should, if only to cover the things that make it slightly different from all the other Sam's Clubs out there. The first thing to understand is how much competition there is up here for stores selling in bulk. The reason we still go to Sam's as opposed to Costco or BJ's is because it's the first and only wholesale membership we ever purchased. And as the saying goes: "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it". All the usual stuff applies. The gas is definitely cheaper here than most other gas stations. The location is pretty strict on checking everyone at the front entrance for their membership card (digital or physical). Also, contactless payment via the app is the way to go! Speaking of which, one thing still irks me to this day. One time when I was filling up for gas, this old dude who looked just about ready to keel over comes up and says, "Sir, you can't use your phone at the gas pump". Now, ordinarily I wouldn't care so much about this....except I was PAYING FOR THE DAMN GAS WITH MY PHONE!! Yeah! You can scan the QR code on the pump to pay. Although the app itself is slow as turtles waddling through peanut butter and, for no particular reason, requires I verify the zip code on my card. Every. Single. Time. It's vexing, to say the least. Everything else about this Sam's is pretty standard, otherwise. They have a TON of handicap parking spaces available and the location is conveniently placed by the turnpike. I only come here for certain items which I don't like constantly refilling on a weekly basis (I.E. TP and paper towels). But I'm eternally grateful there's at least one Sam's close to us. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure I'd burn a hole in my pocket paying for all this expensive ass New England gas everywhere else. I create this Yelp, just so I can review this. Their selection of fruits and junk food is great. Bakery no complaints. But customer service on the other hand, well no one can helped us. There were 3 employees, they all acted like they couldn't help me or made me repeat myself to laugh at my English. They were laughing and snickering when I asked about a clothing item and if they had more in a box somewhere. The sign says it was up to size 16 for youth shacket. But I could only find ones up to size 12. I also bought Lindt chocolate from them and the quality of that chocolate I would say "old" it wasn't the same quality I would get usually from Lindt. The chocolate was blooming. Anyways, it's just like Walmart the same customer service is the exact same. But I like their selections of items in store though. Lol it is what it is. We have been looking for a gazebo for 2 years. We looked in Costco and BJ;s which had some cool ones, but nothing spactactular. On our way back from Costco the other day, we just happened to be going by Sam's Club and thought we would stop in. I used to have a membership but never went there very often, so haven't been there in a while. As soon as we walked in there was a gazebo at the front of the store. We both commented on how nice it was. The price tuned out to be in the same neighborhood as others we looked at but the quality was 500% better. The gazebo even came with electric switches in it for lights if you wanted to put them up. And it gets even better...they offered delivery for $ 99.00 or delivery and installation for $499.00! This gazebo is about 800 pounds. Taking home ourselves isn't an option. For $99.00 it's a no brainer. And for $499.00 who can be bothered with the hair pulling experience of assembly? This gazebo is made of 100% SOLID Cedar. Not cheap metal frames and braces.....It's 100% cedar. It's got a powder coated metal roof so your expensive upholstered furniture doesn't get ruined with the rain and elements. It was a no brainer for us. SOLD! When we were checking out the sales girl said she thought the delivery and installation was about 3 weeks out. The next day the installation company called and said they could deliver and install that Saturday! Now that's what I call service! When we were there we took a look around. They have the BEST kid's backyard play set I have ever seen! For those in the market check it out! Same brand as the gazebo we bought "Backyard Discovery" it's made of 100% Cedar as well! It has a climbing wall, tree-house, 2 levels, ladders, you name it! You've got to check this place out! The associates I dealt with were awesome and customer service was 100%! read more

Today was an all time low I've had issues at Sam's Club before but I continue to go because it's good prices and I can buy things in bulk well I did a curbside Pick up . I checked in with the Phone app and about 10 minutes later a middle-aged Spanish woman came out and and I noticed she was on the phone having a personal conversation she never hung up she just kept talking thru earbuds in Spanish. I ASKED her if she would help me load my car (her job) and she pointed to her arm and said "you will have to do it yourself I have a bad arm" are you serious. I've been a member of Sam's Club for many years and I've enjoyed great savings on many items offered at this Club. Like Costco, membership cards must be shown at the entrance, unless you tell the staff you're going to the Membership Desk or Pharmacy. I shop at this Sam's Club for just about everything they offer including candy (Altoids), junk food, groceries, produce, meats, bakery goods, cheese, seafood, pizza, deli trays, apparel, pharmacy, books, electronics, music, movies, printers, ink cartridges, office supplies, leather chairs, tables, tires, photos, drinks, rock salt, cat food, cat litter, and too many other items to name. A lot of items are offered in bulk sizes. The savings here are very good for many items. For example, I got a New Hampshire Atlas for only $14.94, list price of $24.95, 40 oz Whole Bean Starbucks Coffee for $18.26 (price goes up each visit), and digital prints for 16 cents each. At the Pharmacy, I've gotten a few $4 prescriptions with great service. The snack bar up the front is decent and offers Coke fountain drinks, Icees, pizza, hot dogs, pretzels, salads, and ice cream. The lines on the weekends can get very long, so a staff member goes to each line and prescans the items to speed up the process. The Sam's Club Gas station outside offers competitive gas prices to other nearby stations such as Haffner's and Cumby's. On the weekends, I love making my rounds and enjoying many free food samples. I recently noticed a charge on my Sam's Club credit card that was not one that I made. I went into the club with my statement and spoke with Jeanette in the customer service department. She explained that it was not a charge made in the club and there was a phone number along with the charge that I could call. She saw that I was upset and since there were no other customers in line she actually called the number so that we could identify the charge. After speaking with that company's rep it was obviously a fraudulent charge. Jeanette recommended that I contact the credit card company to report the fraudulent charges which I did. This company has been charging my card each month x6 and I just noticed it. Jeanette went over and above typical customer service. Thank you! read more

The old man (greeter) has some issue with carding me every time I come here and shop. I'm not sure if he's racial profiling me but it seems to be an issue with the 7-8th times shopping here. He doesn't card anyone else who's in front of me and behind me. But he likes to stop me and pull me aside asking for my membership card a lot. I don't look like a criminal, felon etc. I have hold my composer with this man over and over but it was getting annoying. I've notice the other customers who are white, black and Hispanics weren't showing the greeter their cards but for me? It's always mines and other Asian customers. I've asked the man why am I always getting carded? He stayed quiet. I kept saying, I knew it. It's cause I'm Asian. It's always because I'm Asian. This Sam's Club used to be a great place to shop years ago. It's strange to me when some of the cashiers or receipt checkers won't even reply to "Hi, how are you?", which is ok with me. But, I am constantly harangued to "upgrade to plus membership", "sign up and use the mobile app so you don't have to wait in line", "save $30 dollars by getting the credit card". I can't take the neverending barrage of upselling anymore and don't want to be rude to the customer service upselling every time they see me. Now that their close by competitor offers gas and has much better staff and a great shopping experience, there is no reason for me to renew my membership. The tire and battery Dept hires I'm experienced kids to work on vehicles and it shows cross threaded lug nuts and studs and swollen lug nuts all the way around on my van when questioned if they could fix said issue they caused they told me that I would have to take it to a mechanic umm you messed them up you should fix it thank god for a real tire shop in town I would not let these clowns work on a matchbox car let alone a real car thank god my membership expires soon as renewal will not happen that's for sure and to Cody and the other mechanic who worked on my van learn manners your snarky sarcastic attitude only shows your professionalism remember a bad review goes a long way and trust me I will def let people know about this experience read more

Nothing wrong about the club itself. The gas station is ok, but if they have extendable hoses on 80% of the pumps, then should consider extendable hoses on the rest. Nothing like pulling up to a pump after waiting in the long line thinking it has extended hoses like the others and realizing it doesn't until you're about to put your card in. Signs at the beginning of the pumps that don't have extendable hoses would be helpful. read more

I just can't believe the horrible experience I received from Sam's club today. I ordered my all season run flat tires on 10/29/21. I waited over 3 weeks for the tires to be installed. As an essential worker I've limited time. The two gentleman informed me it would take 1hr to install and that occurred promptly. However, I happened to notice they were the wrong tires.The (Tire team lead) and his colleague were very nice and apologetic and attempted to resolve the issue by looking for the appropriate tires online. While they were trying to help me another colleague asked them what they were doing and they told him what had happened, he proceeded to tell them " let them drive off with those tires what's the big deal they'll not know". The team lead made him aware I was standing right next to him and that those tires had no warranty and that I had ordered Michelin tires all season run flat. Team lead and his other colleague were were professional, thorough and very helpful. The overall dismissive behavior was concerning, I wonder how many people have been serviced with the wrong parts from what they ordered. read more

I've been a member of this Sam's club for the past 3-4 years and it's nothing spectacular. They have a few things that Bjs have only slightly cheaper or don't carry. This store does accept credit cards but only if its Mastercard. No Visa :( One day I went to sam's club and my mom told me she wanted beer. So I grabbed a box and at the check out I promptly gave the lady my license. [It's the under 21 license until xx-xx-xx] She looked at my ID and then looked at me and did the math.. two minutes later.. "your ID says up top your under 21 until [XX-XX-XX], so let me go double check with others." I'm like okay.. this lady is freaking stupid! It says I'm 21 if we already passed that date! She ended up making me wait 10mins just to get it approved by 3 other co-workers just so I can buy a damn box of beer! read more

This is now the closest Sam's Club to Boston after the Natick location closed several years ago. I still have a membership card linked to my parents so every once in a while I stop in to see what they have and how it compares to Costco. One big plus is that they have gas, but the "members only" prices aren't that much cheaper than what I pay around Waltham MA. Maybe there is a bigger differential to NH prices? A second plus is the selection of beer and wine. The selection is much better than Costco and they have some beer in 6 and 12 packs so you're not limited to only 24 or 36 packs of everything. Other than gas and booze I think Costco is a much better store with a better selection, comparable prices, and superior brands. This Sam's Club is located in Hudson (on route 3A) and therefore, is a bit of a stretch from the main hub that is route 3. It's not hard to get to, but if you're not from the area, it can be cumbersome. My Sam's card is linked to my parents' card. They've been members since, apparently 1994 per our membership card. That said, I've frequented a number of Sam's Clubs over the years. I also appreciate the fact that this club offers gas. It's not much cheaper than other gas stations in the area, but it's convenient for a one-stop shop. For the most part, this warehouse is pretty well stocked. It rarely runs out of things I need, when I need it. What sets this club apart from others are some of the bad-apple-employees. For whatever reason, I often encounter mean, angry employees who have no patience to help me find something (I lived in CT for over ten years and only just moved back to Merrimack Valley. Well, it's consistent. Over a year going to this Sam's, and it's still very reliable. The blackberries and rotisserie chicken here are always the best we can find, and that includes Trader Joe's in Nashua or BJ's in Salem. Don't ask me why the blackberries are so good - they're Driscoll's, which are always good anyway, but somehow the blackberries from this Sam's are the best by a long shot. The place is usually clean and organized, and the deals are what we expect. The aisles are wide enough and aren't too jammed even when crowded. The gas station prices can't be beat, so we usually go here whenever we are in the area or make it a point to go here to get gas and everything else. read more

Amex was doing a one day free pass, save that 10% promo so I took advantage of it and took my mom because she was looking for certain bulk items. Very small selection of brands and goods compared to Costco and BJs. It seemed like a lot of the older generation like to shop here while newer families shop a the latter two. Not a lot of samples to try either. Prices are pretty good though if they carry the brands and items you need/can find, they're at least a dollar or two cheaper compared to Costco and BJs. The small food court also serves hot dogs, pizzas, sundaes, at very cheap prices. Sam's Club is also the only bulk purchasing store that has a hearing aid consultant that sells hearing aids. read more

Ordered mattress and box spring on line. Waited three weeks. Finally got notice of delivery between 3 and 5pm. At 4 got call truck broke down. All next day got runaround because I was asking for next day delivery but was told it would be up to 10 days before next delivery for my area. Third party delivery by MXD out of Ohio. No help MXD delivery hub. No help and very rude Called Manager in Hudson. No help Called sams online #. Gave my situation put on hold for 37 minutes. Never came back on phone?? No help. I guess I'll have to wait another 10 days because no one at sams can help a customer. Part two to this fiasco. Ordered platform bed for above mattress. Finally got delivery confirmation after two weeks. FedEx states must be home for delivery by end of day. So we stayed home all day. At 2:00 FedEx makes the delivery. NICE!!! Oh wait. Box one of two. OK! Box two will come soon!!!!! Oh wait. Just got an email from FedEx. Box two will be delivered in six days from now AND you must be home!!!!! JOKE. Part three Six days latter finally got box two of bed frame. Finally this ordeal is over. Open up the boxes gonna set it up and be done with this whole issue??? Wait where are the fifty different screws and the tool to put this all together. UHG. Not in the box. Called sams manager in Hudson. Can't help me except to return everything and start over. At least this Manager sounded concerned. Called sams online. Asked to speak to the Manager. But had to tell the csr what happened. So I went though the whole story. At the end of the story she states "hold on that's not good. Let me get you a Manager ". UHG. No kidding. The Manager finally comes on and can't believe what has gone on. Feigns concern really well. I actually believed I'd finally be taken care of this time. She states. ..... We will have to contact the vendor of the bed to get the hardware for you. Fine! BuT I want compensation for having to miss work to be home 4 different days. Two of those days are because they did not fully deliver on their first attempts. Got an email a half hour after phone call for compensation. $30. That's thirty dollars for my inconvenience. OH BROTHER!! This is a case study of the worst possible customer service possible. Always bought members mark bathroom tissue. For the price and quality and quantity. Thought it was strange when stacking it in the closet. The rows were not even, didn't think about it too much. Put a roll in, then few days later put another roll in. Asked my husband why is he using so much, he said he's not. Then I remembered that the rows were uneven. Took out one the old roll against one of the new rolls. The new rolls have gotten smaller. But you pay the same price. What a bummer. read more

We've been a club member off and on for 10 years. We are only members as it is close to home. My biggest complaint is the inconsistency of products. My daughter has celiac so we were very excited to see last year that the Hudson, NH club carried two gf flours. We let our membership lapse until recently. When we rejoined the gf flour was gone, and has yet to be restocked after several requests via their customer cards. I cannot stand this club, but my dh will not consider joining BJ's or Costco. This will be my first and last time ordering anything from Sams club online. I have ordered many big items before with other companies and have never had to deal with careless, unprofessional N untimely type of service. I ordered tables and chairs from Sams club online on May 12th. The arriving date said it would be delivered by May 25th. It never showed up at my residence. No phone call from Sams club or the delivery company. That day May 25th when it didn't come. I called Sams club to cancel. They told me to wait until Tuesday to see if it comes. I called them again N told them, the item said it hasn't been shipped yet N it's way past the delivery date so I want my refund. The Rep. said Ok we'll send you a refund for you to confirm. A week later,Sams emails the day before telling me, if I want to cancel I have to wait 4 it 2 come. I'm stunned! I thought I had canceled.
