He went back four weeks in a row, with them promising over and over that "it would be ready the next week" and that "the tailor's are behind." Finally I went in and asked for them to return the suits, as our wedding was coming up shortly. He reached behind the counter and got it from a rack - it hadn't even GONE to the tailors - and without so much as an apology, handed it back to me. We will never frequent their store again - bad service, terribly neglected store.

He offered two shirt selections one that was a very busy pattern of pinks and reds like a water colour art work and another that was bright blue and purple ombré with a flashy pattern. We ended up going with my selection that was black, red and white that was the closest colour shade to my skirt. I was sad to be told that they didn't have any plain black shirts with pockets so that he could choose the option of a hanker chief. So be sure you take into consideration what your colour scene is and what your goal is. All in all the stop was a success and he loves to stop in for shirts for special occasions.

With my last visit I walked in on a whim, fully decked in my farm clothes, told them what I needed and they found me a well fitting jacket (which is difficult for me: medium arms, medium build- long torso with wide shoulders) very quickly. Instead of selling me a Moore's suit or charging for the alterations, Janet called the company that made my suit and made them remake it for me with the proper measurements and specifications. Unbelievable customer service, super friendly and I'm super impressed. Anyone looking for a custom suit should go to Moore's and talk to Janet!

I brought boots back with my statement from credit card that showed purchase date , store ID and amount. They rejected my exchange and told me they can glue them for me if I want !!! I'm sure I can do that myself. I delivered more than 10 loads of concrete to that store to complete its addition. I will never buy from that store again. And I will convince all people in the Fraser valley to boycott that store in the concrete and construction industry.

He definitely knows his stuff which is always good. A great place to shop for your significant other. The prices aren't cheap since the brands they carry are higher end clothes. Just to give you an idea, a pair of jeans will range from $200.00 and up but these are brands you would usually find in department stores like Norstrom and Holt Renfrew.
