Best thift store spacious and clean...I like the fact they are helping the economy by paying their employees not volunteering...thift stores are the future and people need jobs...Bravo to Value Village...plus staff are always friendly. I've been a thrift shopper since before it was popular. Sadly, Value Village in Chilliwack has rapidly gone downhill. Gone are the majority of staff that would make it a pleasurable and fun shopping experience. Having experienced the manager Jennifer belittle staff in front of customers, the store in absolute shambles on the weekend, selling of 10+ years expired body products, I would give the store 0/5 stars. read more

Value Village has never been, and never will be, a driven charity organization. They are strictly for profit with a minuscule amount of their walk-in income going to those charities. It screams and tunes suitable. What used to be decent budget friendly prices have gone up significantly in the past few years, not a place I'd like going to if I have a choice read more

This is definitely one of the better Value Village stores. I always seem to find stuff at this location. They have a great selection of old and newer items. I've found some great vintage dresses here over the years, as well as winter coats, kitchen ware, and toys! Prices aren't as low as other thrift shops, but thats typical for VV. The last several times I've been to your store, today being the last, I've found a great number of your patrons aren't respecting the physical distancing. Matter a fact, it's getting worse. They don't respect the one way signage as well. In my humble opinion, this wouldn't be as big a problem if Value Village insisted on 100% mask use by customers. I recently went when they were having their sale on bedding, clothes, shoes, and home decor. I had a great experience, as the store was well maintained and organized for the most part. As things were 50% off it wasn't expensive either. I ended up getting what looked like a new sheet and pillow set for $11.99, and a art easel for $1.99, both 50% off. Value village also offers a rewards discount when you buy items you build up points like starbucks. And when you have enough you're able to get like 30% off your purchase. It's a great way to get new to you items without putting your money into direct fast fashion or new consumption of goods. They also offer discounts when you donate, that can be used on your purchase. The more you donate the more they will discount your purchase (to a point). read more

Whenever I'm in chiliwack I stop by this place. Organized and clean, a smaller location but I have found many gems here. A Great quality suitcase set, and Salvatore Ferragamo heels. I came on a 50% sale this weekend and it was packed! Lots of parking and the people working are always friendly and helpful. read more

Value village is a great place to get good clothes and other items for a cheap price, I shop here all the time and can always find something I like in my size. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help you find something in the store. read more
