The movers were nice and polite but were slow. Very,very slow. It took them 5 hours to load, way, way over the estimated 3.5 hour time. This 'business' is horrible, refused to provide (and may not have) license information…read moreor insurance information, continuously failed to respond in a timely manner, and ultimately canceled the day before a move when pressed for information about their business. They have no local address, attempt to hide from responsibility and liability by using a Texas shell address, and in general in no way operate like a reputable company. They may be cheaper, but it is only because they operate outside the law. I tried to hire them for an interstate move, and from start to the ultimate fail, they provided none of the standard information or paperwork. Do not use. If zero stars were available, that would be my ranking.
