Well, I paid $352 (including their $40 fee) for 2 ticket which face price is $99.50 each. I purchased tickets for Disneyland that were to be used in 2020. I have contacted Working Advantage and they advised that all they can do is extend the tickets until Jan 2022. They stated that I can give them to family or friends. No one wants the tickets. I should have purchased directly from Disneyland because I would not have this issue with them. I have asked to receive a voucher so that I can purchase Walt Disney World tickets however I have not received an reply yet. Sometimes it pays to pay a little extra for something from the actual company and not a third party vendor. I will never do this again. read more

So so so so so bad. Ordered NFL tickets (mobile) WEEKS ago and still have not received them via email. The game is this weekend. Have reached out multiple times and i was told it's possible that they may not even come up until an HOUR before the event. ARE THEY INSANE? How do they think that is feasible? Have family coming from out of state and they need to make accommodations to get here. Am I supposed to go on good faith that I'll receive an email? Bought Broadway tickets for a very popular show. Paid $249 each, a "savings" according to Working Advantage. When the tix arrived, the face value on the tix was $165. That is not a savings...perhaps over secondary market prices (scalpers), but not a "deal" I would expect from a firm endorsed by the company I work for. When I call customer service they really had no answer - just hemmed and hawed and said it was a very popular show and by law they have to print the value on the ticket. Did not answer my question. So far, my email and call to a manager have gone unanswered. Really, I bought these tix in March for an August show, and today, mid-July, I can go online and buy similar seats from scalpers for the price I paid Working Advantage. My gripe with Working Advantage is that while they do have some very good deals only available to members, you have to wade through lots of links where the "savings" offered is no different from what you get if buying directly to the product website. If everyone gets the same "discount", whether you're a Working Advantage member or not, it is not really a deal at all... it's just advertising. That said, after some searching I did find some good deals that were only available to Working Advantage members. I agree there is value to having easy access to all the discount offers, but Working Advantage would be far more appealing as a "go to" discount site if they would flag them in some way that you can tell the difference between special deals only available to members versus all the others. read more

I ordered tickets to a show months ago. This is a very popular show that is now close to sold-out, Ticket prices are very high. I thought I was being smart by buying ahead through WA--alas. Today, I was was told that instead of 4 tickets, I will get 2. Fantastic! Though they have some ok deals ($2 off movie tickets), buyer beware. Be careful when ordering. I recently purchased Legoland Tickets and paid shipping, expecting hard tickets. However, they sent me printed (8"x11") e-Tickets instead, which I could have bought and printed myself in colors. Yeah, they sent me a B/W e-Tickets for LEGOLAND! Sent email to customer service, and this Jenn Kibbe replied by saying they didn't get hard tickets from Legoland anymore. Told her that the website advertised 2 specific links for Legoland, one for e-Tickets and one for Tickets (which I opted to purchase). She never responded back afterwards. I guess it does not take much to be a customer service MANAGER?! The links are misleading and dishonest to members, just to make an extra money for shipping! I called many times was always told the tickets are coming, was even told the tickets are guaranteed. This company does not protect their customers at all. I booked 2 hotel rooms for Miami and paid the price listed on their website. When I got the confirmation email of my order it states that the hotel actually charge a resort fee of $80 a day per room. So I called working advantage to tell them these were not disclosed to me at the time of booking and to please refund my money. They gave me the run around for 5 days and finally decided they were not going to refund because the hotel manager won't. So I pretty much have to pay for something that was not disclosed to me. I will make sure everyone at my company (The United Nations) is aware of this scam and not do business with them anymore. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

The purchase through Working Advantage was smooth until I had trouble with the vendor. It took MONTHS to get a refund. I was on hold each time I called for over 30 minutes. The phone and email response was a canned response. Once I got a refund it came as a credit voucher with LOADS of restrictions on how to use it. You can not purchase items or gift cards. Only attractions, travel, hotels and events. Who is traveling, going to attractions or events now??? No One!!! So my money is still being held by this company. When Working Advantage was in Massachusetts they were great. Always helpful on the phone, easy to reach, and knew what they were talking about. I don't know what's happened to WA. That has all changed with the new website and staff. I was a FREQUENT buyer of tickets to sports and Broadway shows. Now I don't buy any. At all. They've taken the fun out of it. We booked on 8/7 for a hotel in Orlando, the next day I called to get a refund due a health issue. I spoke with MANY reps and no one was able to help me cancel my reservation. I understand that it was listed as "non-refundable" BUT, there should be limitations and exceptions to the rule. I was not even looking for a refund, but for a voucher to hold the value and book again once we could. A few members said they would "do what they could" to get us a voucher, until this day, I am yet to see anything in my email about this. OK- fast forward to 1 day before check-in is supposed to happen. We know we are not going to be able to get to the hotel to check-in/stay. Being courteous, I called the Hotel to let them know I need to cancel my reservation in which they stated since I booked through a 3rd party I cannot-totally understandable. I then call Working Advantage, which a Mr. King answered from the Philippines (dogs barking in the background). I ask Mr. King to please issue a cancellation and notify the hotel we wont be coming to the reservation. I already took the loss on my credit card, I just needed the hotel to know so they don't slap us with any other charges for no-show/not cancelling prior to check-in etc. Mr. King told me he cannot cancel my reservation. So not only did I take the loss, but they cannot cancel my reservation??? They had no issues taking my money though? I am writing next to the BBB, because something has got to give. We booked our honeymoon through this company and the area of the hotel had severe flooding that the governor declared a state of emergency. Roads were destroyed and so were homes in the surrounding area. We did not want to spend our hard earned money going to such a place. I spoke with Working Advantage who then told me that I had to speak with the hotel to get the money refunded. I spoke with the hotel but they would not refund the money since they said it was booked at a non-refundable rate. I then spoke with Working Advantage multiple times, as I type this I am waiting on the phone to speak with them AGAIN to try and get my money back, but I'm sure they're going to have me on hold forever with hopes that I hang up. They said it was up to the hotel for them to refund the money back. I said not my problem I booked it through you guys, not them. This is not the last they have heard from me.... PS After waiting on the phone with them for over a half hour, they hung up on me!!!! After waiting about 20 mins for someone to answer I got some inarticulate person on the phone who I could barely understand. She put me on hold then came back and told me that's the way it works, "you buy the ticket and they email you the tickets a few days prior then you will know the seat numbers. When I called they claimed they use an outside vendor and have their fees they pay. So, $75 tickets cost us $150 each. In addition to the ticket price there is tax and fees & shipping. Spent lots of money on Disneyland tickets and though I received 3 emails from them, the tickets have not arrived. I spent 2 hours and 5 minutes on hold the first time. Called back the next morning and was told I should enter my phone number for a call back, with an estimated wait time of 14 minutes. Well, 1.5 hours later I got a call back, and when I asked the agent to repeat her name she was exceptionally rude. I was simply told since I wasn't going to the park for awhile my tickets should arrive in up to 48 hours. Why did I wait over 3 hours for that tidbit of information from a rude agent? I have used this site in the past with no issues. We booked a hotel through them, in March, for a baseball tourney the end of June. We arrived to our destination and the gentleman at the front counter states our reservation was canceled. When I asked why, he said the credit card the 3rd party (working advantage) supplied them was denied. I double checked it was not my issue and charge was on my credit card to working advantage in March. I attempted to call and it was after hours. We had to find another place to stay and pay much more unexpectedly. I called the next day and spoke to customer service, who said it would be 7-14 days. We are now on day 17, and I receive a message saying they have not reached a resolution and it could be up to30 days. I booked over half of our European Vacation through this site. They sent me a confirmation that the transaction went through. With no notifications or alerts, they refunded my money (which is better than most people's experience from what I hear) and never actually made ANY of the reservations with the hotels, which are now sold out by the way. So here I am having to do last minute booking if I want a place to sleep when we fly over.
