A year later when my son is going to rent another tux, the owner informs him that there was damage to the pants from the year earlier and he owes her for them. We ask her how we are suppose to know a year later that those were his pants that were damaged since nothing was said when they were returned and we were never contacted. She says we will just have to take her word. I may not know much, but I do know you don't go around telling people they owe you money without any proof. The owner then went and charged my sons debit card for the money without being given permission to take the money from his account. Any professional business is not going to let a year go buy before they inform you they have a problem with a tux you returned, they would let you know when you return the tux. Sounds like they are just looking to make some extra money at the customers expense.
