He was attentive without being pushy and was great to work thru the process with. It was the first time I had ever been there and he treated me like I had been a customer all my life!!! Recently stopped here because I wanted to buy a new suit for an upcoming event. I'd been here…read morebefore but it had been several years ago. The customer service was great. As soon as I walked in the door, the salesperson helped me. I told him what I was looking for, and he guided me through the entire process. This is the type of customer service that you can't get at a big department store. After I selected the suits I wanted, the salesperson offered to hem the trousers while I waited. There weren't a lot of customers in the store at the time; so, he asked me to wait 15 minutes. He hemmed the trousers, packed my new suits in suit bags, and I was on my way. It took me less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon from walking in the door to walking out with new suits that look great and fit perfectly. I'm making B&E my new go-to shop for suits.
