Between Heather and Izzy and all of the amazing staff at Sun Tan City 4914 Kingston Pk, they always greet and acknowledge me by name, and they pay attention to my needs and conversations, so that each time I visit, they can follow up in a professional and sincere way! I LOVE THEIR APP- I can see how much more time each piece of equipment is in use so I can calculate my wait time. I open the Sun Tan City app, click "check in now," select the equipment I want to use, and when I pull into the parking lot, it asks me if I've arrived, so I confirm and walk in and the staff gets me started! This particular location is very prompt; I've never had to wait unnecessarily or longer than maybe 2-5 minutes, even if they're completely slammed with customers! I wish this was called SPA Tan City because, in addition to the world class staff, the spa equipment is really what keeps me coming back the most! I do believe that using the trimpod daily or every other day, along with red light (Rejuve and the newly installed red light bed), and then adding some tanning beds in every 2-3 visits, has been the magic formula for helping me lose weight and keep my weight under 160 lbs. I used to have a spray tan package, and I was able to add regular tanning bed visits so that I could "double dip" by spraying and laying. Otherwise, the unlimited spray tan package is really not my strongest recommendation. But if you need a spray tan- sun tan city's spray tan equipment works perfectly. Just isn't always the best choice for my fair complexion. Oh one more thing! I don't know how they do it, but they seem to always get new equipment - as often as once every 1-2 months, there will be new spa or tanning equipment, and all of their new equipment has been absolutely amazing. I especially love the new red light therapy lay-down bed!!! As well as their KBL beds! Their prices are affordable, and they're THE MOST competitive with other tanning businesses right down the street, and they always have special deals running. While they like to see customers purchase new products to increase revenue and commission (I assume), they know I'm always working on a shoestring budget and know that when I have the money and need a replacement bottle of RLTherapy spray or tanning lotion, I'll buy more. I really hate being confronted about buying things, especially when I can't afford it, and these gals are very respectful of that. I recommend adding the Sun Tan City regimen (whether spa services only or spa and tanning etc.) to your beauty routine because it has provided me with so much more confidence, it clears my mind, and it keeps me feeling healthier-- maybe even a little lighter on the scale, and it makes me feel more well rested!

So this year is the first time I started getting a spray tan. My friends have all done it for years…read more& constantly told me that I should try it...I am SO glad that I did! Thankfully I found Mina for my first spray tan, because she is fantastic! I got married in May & went for a practice tan first. Mina's studio is private, and she completely leaves you at ease with the whole process. Since I am a redhead, she started with a lighter shade & let me decide whether or not I wanted to go darker. I chose to go darker, & it looked amazing. Not only does she help you select a natural shade, Mina is an artist with the spray gun and contours your body for a totally natural look. Both my practice & wedding tan turned out beautifully. The next day my co-workers asked if I'd been going to the tanning bed! I feel so much more confident & look ten times better in summer clothes, plus my wedding pictures are great! My tan seems to last around a week (plus or minus a couple of days) as long as I moisturize and fades evenly and gradually...I think instead of laying in the sun this summer, I'll keep seeing Mina, so I can look great in a bikini & save myself future wrinkles :)

I decided to try Custom Air Brush Tanning on a whim since I have a beach trip coming up, just to see how it would look. I was really concerned that it would look completely fake, I'd shower and it would leave my skin streaky, I'd smell for days, etc. None of those things happened. Mina made me feel 100% comfortable from the second I walked in the door. Really even before that. The day before my appointment, she sent me a message to remind me of the appointment and a few instructions: how to prep my skin, what I should bring to wear during the tanning process, and what to wear after. When I arrived, she asked me what I was looking for, my experience with tanning, etc. She gave me privacy to change, and then she got started. The result was a very natural, healthy looking tan. As a previous reviewer stated, she also gave me a little extra on the tops of my arms to give it a more natural look. My first tan lasted about one week, fading gradually over time. Bottom line, Mina is extremely professional, detail oriented, and very, very good at her job. I will be back soon, and any time I want to experience the tan side of life.

In a nutshell, their bulbs were so messed up that it's been 90 days and my back is still embarrassingly striped like a zebra. Here's my message: Dear Eastside Tanning, I wanted to let you know that I came in on 2/28/17 and purchased the level two unlimited and some lotion, but unfortunately as my tan settled I had two huge white lines that went from the top of my back to my lower thigh. Upon further (online) research, it would seem the bed's bulbs were messed up. This was my first experience at any tanning bed, I dropped $71, and unfortunately I still bear the two lines on my back/legs proving so.
