Today was the third time in a row I have tried to use my fob to get in after hours and it didn't work. 2 people came behind me and their fobs didn't work either. I was on the phone with the door service people and they couldn't connect to let us in either. Eventually they just knocked on the window to ask another member to let us in. Come inside and the AC is broken. In the middle of July. Oh and this is I think the 3rd time the AC has broken in the last couple years I've been coming here. This place is an absolute scam. They are straight up thieves. They sold me on their personal training service for 6 months. About 3.5 months in, my back was injured - no doubt the training contributed to this injury. I called to cancel the service. No answer. Left voice mail. Rinse. Repeat...for the NEXT 2 MONTHS while they repeatedly ignored my calls and continued to charge my card $320 per month for a service I was unable to use. When I called, they threw the "contract" in my face. So, moral of the story - this place is perfectly comfortable taking money from people who become unable to use their service. I highly recommend not using this place. Extremely dishonest. read more

There has been no hot water to shower for the last 5 days as well as the one toilet in the Men's room has been out of order for 2 weeks +. The equipment is aged but functioning, but could use a refresh. Paper towel are not always as well as the spray bottles being empty. read more

I'm disappointed because this place is convenient for me and the staff is friendly. I liked that they had the ready-to-use disinfection wipes within steps of the equipment. The facility seemed pretty clean and never crowded. A few months ago they took out the disinfectant wipe containers, which was disappointing but not enough to make me quit. However, it seems like the place is just going downhill. The machines are dirty and not regularly maintained. One of the machines makes a loud squeaking noise when using it. I brought it to a staff member's attention a few weeks ago and it's still not fixed.The floors look like they're not regularly cleaned, and I can't recall ever seeing a staff member cleaning the equipment, which is standard at most gyms. There is usually someone sitting at the front desk just looking at their phone, seems like they could make better use of their time. Maybe wipe down a few machines? Once I asked a staff member if he could show me how to log in using the app and he said "I don't know how to do that". read more

It's sad to say but this gym has really gone so far downhill. It's quite disgusting. Why on earth would you take away cleaning measures from guests!... They used to keep disinfecting wipes throughout the gym floor but no longer. Instead they pulled those so now there are a few ( there are 4) spray bottles and papertowel machines. 4 total in the whole gym...the spray bottles are often empty and IF they do have anything in them, it's not labeled so you'd be "cleaning " with some type of solution that never bubbles when shaking it up so far all I know it's water inside... and paper towel from a machine. Rather than providing enough microfiber towels and spray bottles for each guests to get a towel and a spray bottle and keep with them throughout their workout so that they can be sure they are actually cleaning the equipment that they sit on and use they expect people to go to the equipment, do the workout, once you're done get up and go to a cleaning station and I guess you're supposed to spray the liquid solution on the paper towel and then take it back to your piece of equipment and hope that nobody else has sat down after you've gotten up? Or maybe you're supposed to take the whole bottle of spray solution (again whatever it is that's on the inside, we really don't know), and some paper towel from the machine and spray off the equipment and then wipe it down but then you're gonna leave other people going up to the paper towel station without any solution sitting there (since you've had to take it to the machine) who will just walk away because they think there's nothing to clean with. It's really disgusting and it's really frustrating. Unfortunately, there are several of us that go here that are really tired of things being so poorly maintained. We have all made an agreement if things are not addressed in the near future, we will be forced to write letters to the corporate office. It is my hope this review will be seen by an owner or someone who can implement change before that time comes and these things can be fixed in a timely manner as to avoid making corporate aware. read more

Just moved from Franklin to Spring Hill, Workout Anytime was the first gym we looked at in the area. It's conveniently located right off the main road. We signed up online and had to go in during staffed hours to get our scan card. The girl at the front desk didn't offer a tour, which I didn't neeeed one but I would've liked the offer. I just gave myself a quick tour. All of the staff is super friendly. The trainers all seem knowledgeable as well. If you're looking for a gym that has all of the basics plus some, this is a decent spot! Hydro massage and tanning is definitely a plus. The gym is very clean too! read more

They make you read the contract on a small signing pad. they do not offer printed version and do not mention about their cancellation policy. I am moving out of state in a couple of weeks and they are requiring me to pay an additional month, but don't worry! I'll be able to access the club for another 6 weeks. Too bad I cannot do so from where I'll be leaving. great how this works right? I tried to speak to the GM, received voicemail. The customer service informed me there was no way to escalate and asked me to stay on the line for a survey. I told them I most definitely would leave one, click. Hung up. They did not want me to leave a review. Buyer be aware of what you are signing with paperwork. They do not offer the important information. They do not care you're moving. They do not worry about anything other than any dime they can squeeze from you. read more

The way she customizes the trainings for me, motivates me, pushes me to limits I didn't know I could reach...priceless. I am excited to continue this journey, and I'm blessed to have her. Spring Hill,TN location. There has been an ongoing issue with the electronic door entry system for the past couple months. I visit the gym during non staffed hour due to my schedule. It's frustrating to wake early pack clothes, lunch for the day. Mix protein drink and get out and drive all the way to the gym only to be locked out. Spoke to staff member only to hear they're working on it and was also told to call security number and they can buzz me in. After standing outside the gym door i called , followed all the automated prompts only to be told the gym system is off line and cannot open the door. Staff also stated they would not reimburse for days locked out. This is frustrating and considering going elsewhere and every one should too. read more

I've been coming here for about 9 months and I like it. The staff are friendly, the equipment is good, and the bathrooms are clean. It's your basic gym where you can hit all large muscle groups; it's inexpensive and open 24hrs. It's is a little tight for space if there's a bunch of people in there so I tend to avoid the peak times of 5pm on weekdays, and lunchtime on the weekends. When there are about 12-15 people in there, it can get a little warm and stuffy. But it's a smaller gym and that's what happens. Just avoid peak times and it'll work for you. I cant speak to the programs or other services they offer as I don't utilize those, but overall I enjoy this gym. read more

Came to this gym as a visitor. Nice little gym, they have all the basics, and the price is reasonable. Everything appears well kept and clean. Staff was polite. I love to work out and am pretty serious about it, and as such I found the equipment to be a little limited for my needs. It was also fairly crowded when I came around 5pm. There is not a lot of space to move around in there. I would say if you just need some basic weight and cardio machines and can avoid coming late afternoon it's probably fine and worth the low price. read more

This is my home location. I have been to seven locations total. This one is easily the worst. The choices of equipment are sad compared to others. There is no permanent free weight squat rack. Other locations have equipment options for more modern type of exercises. But its close to home and affordable. read more

This gym is great for multiple reasons: - Always clean, well kept, courteous staff. - Manager (Tommy) is a great, genuine leader and salesman. - 24 hour gym, with a pay as you go option. NOT expensive. $15 a month! That's seriously an amazing deal. - NEVER crowded. Seriously. Even the workers comment that customers are pretty evenly spread out. - They are often doing new comer promotions. For these reasons, and more, I would highly recommend Workout Anytime to everyone. - Only complaint I would have is that I wish the bathrooms, or at least showers, could be locked during non-staffed hours. I might be overreacting, being a Los Angeles native and having a heightened sense of security, but I would feel safer knowing that guys would NOT be able to go into the gals restroom. read more

I signed up with this place and paid one year in advance. At some point, I hired a female trainer, paid for three months and was really into it. But she disappeared one day early in the 3 month period - either fired or quit. When I questioned, was told another trainer would be on board soon and I would start with that one. This guy, after several weeks, comes on board and is there a week or two. He disappears - either quit or fired. Then you notice TV's are out for months, equipment starts to look worn. I then requested my money back $120. Was told no, I'd have to wait for another trainer. I insisted repeatedly and they refused to refund my money. I quit and go to another rec center in Spring Hill. Apparently this place has folded - equipment is there seems out of business. Bad choice, bad Chris Something or Other! read more
