Hopefully this review will warn others before handing over any money.
The sales team at wow interiors in Doncaster were lovely on the phone and seemed very informative...but unfortunately did not explain that on the day of delivery I will need to unload 3x 3 meters of worktop and 3x3 meters of up-stand. The money had just left my bank and I received a call from the delivery company! They were checking I have **two people ** to unload the worktop on delivery tomorrow!! I live alone. The delivery company explained the sales team at wow interiors + the team I arranged the delivery date with should've made it clear to me. I phoned Wow interiors at Doncaster immediately. They were unaware and explained its the driver's discretion. I did receive an apology before they cancelled my order. I'm now £570.00 out of pocket plus a days pay from work and no kitchen worktop arriving . The website at wow interiors shows a professional delivery service and good customer service . Sadly I'm now in the process of finding my legal rights as a customer. Very disappointed with Wow interiors at Doncaster/ HC Supplies. read more
