They have now sent it to another location because the LaPorte, IN location cannot seem to get it done right. I called Keith and he acts like he does not care. I asked for the Regional Managers phone number, Randy Rasberry, and Keith said I will have him call you. This was on Thursday March 31, 2022 at 9:30am. Guess what, still no call! Keith acts like there is no issue and does not care, no apology at all! This is unacceptable. They saw my daughter drop off the Jeep, she is a tiny 21 year old blonde, and they thought they could take advantage of her, well guess what, they CAN'T. This is predatory and age discrimination. I will take this as far as I can!!!! I also posted feed back on the Gerber website and the response to my email was...
