Our kitchen window shattered due to weather. It was fixed today by Quality Glass. The man who came to fix the window walked into our house with his dirty shoes on and didn't even hesitate or ask if it was ok to wear his shoes. I think they need to wear shoe covers if they're going to walk through someones house. Or at least ask if it's ok. I had to clean my floors both times he was here. Also, when the window was taken out to be fixed, pieces of glass fell all over the sink and counter. He just left the mess there when he was done fixing the window.... We try and stay local as much as possible when needing work done, but we probably won't use them again in the future.

They claim there was rust on the frame, yet never mentioned it to us, and said that is why it is leaking and they cannot honor the lifetime installation warranty against leaks. I have every receipt from them and there is no mention of rust anywhere. Now I am stuck with a car that leaks every time it rains. The leak has since shorted out my interior light that is on the roof of the car. I have contacted them again since and the receptionist said they weren't allowed to talk to me about it anymore. Auto Glass Guru was just as helpful (sarcasm). I will not use or recommend either of these "businesses" ever again.
