If it were possible to give a negative star rating, I would do so. I needed important documents translated and they assured me of their certification. Not only was the quality abysmal, it was slow and unprofessionally handled. On top of that, it turns out the "certification" was not legitimate so I wasted both my money and time using this company. I can't believe the audacity they had to assure me that they were "certified" so imagine my shock and surprise when it was revealed they were actually in fact not qualified to do the very service that they promised they could do. I will not be recommending World Communications to any of my peers, and I am frankly very disappointed with the experience I had with this company especially since it was so highly reviewed on Yelp.
