Thief, scam, and shabby work…read more I've known Sean almost all my life as he was my brother's friend. We agreed upon $2800 for him to remodel my bathroom for me. He did shabby work to include not sealing where the tile meets the wall, improperly cutting where the shower arm comes from the wall damaged tiles, As well as not properly grouting. He now is threatening me with placing a LEIN on my property for a made up balance. He made up weeks after the job was completed. Stating I owe him $200 more dollars but cant tell me what for. I refused to pay this made up charge and he has now placed fake ads on Craigslist to have my phone blown up. Do not hire Sean

They came to my house couple of times the first time to deliver supplies and the second time to start to re-do my bathroom floor tile and ceiling. Twice they had excuses for why they didn't show up. When they did show up they mudded a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 hole in my ceiling but never finished it and pull my toilet and put it in the hallway on my carpet. Buyer beware because I was told by Daniel that they charge $45 an hour. Only to find out from my brother who handled the remodel, that they charge $90 an hour. So I had given them $800 via PayPal. I pulled one of my jobs which was deck staining but let them do my bathroom. They walked out on their job leaving my toilet in the hall. And I gave them $800 down payment and they refused to give me any money back. I don't know how they can justify $800 for the very little bit of work that they actually did. I think they charged $90 an hour for coming back-and-forth and talking on the phone and things like that. I requested $650 back and they refused. I will be taking them to court. If you use these people make sure you have everything written down the hourly rate. Had I known the hourly rate being $90, I would never have fired them in the first place. I've dealt with a lot of repair people and Renovation people. I have never never experienced anything like this. So be wary of hiring them because I know I lost $800 for Very very little work.

He worked 5 1/2 hours on the hottest day of the year to repair the bricks on my front porch. He took the caps off 2 of the columns and took the old mortar off the old bricks and put new mortar in the joints. It looks fantastic. Then he went around the whole porch and chiseled out any old loose mortar and redid all the joints to make it look new again. Al worked hard in the blazing sun. On top of that he cleaned up any messes that he had made. For all the work he did he was very professional and didn't complain about my shoddy work to try and repair it myself.
