When I asked the woman (who I later learned is the owner) about any classes she offered for the machine SHE ROLLED HER EYES and told me she didn't do anything like that. I hope she has a strong regular customer base because she sure as heck won't see me there again, EVER Am not surprised that the "owner" responded in the way she did. Now that I am taking sewing classes elsewhere I am hearing the same negatives that I related. The review isn't false and I resent the accusation. If she actually did look at the reviews I have posted she would see that more than half are VERY positive. But bad customer service is bad customer service. She knows her inventory and can guide you to find anything throughout her store. Do you like Garfield? Well, there's at least 3 or 4 different Garfield items in the store that she can lead you to. This store was an organized array of amazing. The framed artwork was beautiful and varied between oil paintings, vintage prints, Asian themed pictures, airplanes and everything in between. There's dressers with specific drawers for buttons, retro valentines cards and old timey photos. There's two different staircases that will lead you two different floor sections with different themed rooms. Pam doesn't have pickers for her items, she does the picking herself.
