    Steampunk clock
    Kayla W.

Oh I love this store. I regret not buying the white and red striped loose pants and the striped high low skirt. But we did manage to buy a huge XL steampunk gear clock whereas the gears constantly move. It's very durable. Feels like this clock would be found in the Final Fantasy world realm. So many other gear clocks to choose from on the wall they all have prices! There is much more home decor on the back end. The lady ringing us up was very sweet.

This store is rad. Excellent customer service, beautiful selection, and salient victorian atmosphere. I'll be coming back very soon.

They have options. Forgot pajamas for your vacation? They got you. Want to get your kid a new toy so you have a few moments of peace? They will help you out. Want some hiking shoes for the state parks nearby? Look no further. Impromptu camping trip? They have what you need. What about a souvenir for that friend that you promised back home? They stock that too. Seriously, everything. On top of that, the staff is super nice and helpful, and the selection of all of the above is actually pretty big. And they are local. What is not to like? If you are going through town, or nearby, stop in and check them out. You will find something you want. Guaranteed.

Aggressive parking enforcement targeting disabled patrons…read more Be warned if you shop here: this plaza employs an predatory parking enforcement company (PRRS) that is actively penalizing disabled patrons. I spent a significant amount of time shopping inside the mercantile business here on May 30th. Because I am disabled and use a valid state-issued parking placard, I was completely unaware of a hidden parking fee structure. When I received a notice, I submitted a copy of my official disability placard to PRRS expecting a reasonable dismissal. Instead, because I paid cash for my purchases and don't have a digital bank statement to prove I was a customer, they are refusing to drop the fee. It is incredibly disappointing that local businesses and property management allow a predatory contractor to harass disabled customers who pay with cash. Demanding bank statements from disabled patrons just to park and shop is a terrible look for everyone involved. I have reached out to property management to resolve this. If you are a disabled shopper, a senior, or prefer to use cash, take your business elsewhere until the property management reins in PRRS and fixes this.

Gorgeous and unique, a feast for the senses, a little shop with a big personality. I first noticed…read morethe window displays and wondered, what kind of place is this? An art gallery? A magic shop? A creative space? All of the above and also stationery, jewelry, accessories, art materials, books, and more. This shop is owned by two sisters and opened in November 2022. They host workshops in a small back room. There are so many lovely things to see. I can't wait to go back again. When I visited in October the windows were hung with marigold paper chains and mannequins dressed in vintage Halloween masks. It was an unexpected surprise on my day trip into town. I only came away with some hand dyed silk ribbons and washi tape, but so many fresh ideas as well.

Handcrafted items from both local and international artisans, unusual handprinted papers and cards, antiques, one of a kind jewelry . . . jeez, pretty much one of a kind everything! And at every price point, so you're sure to find a treasure to take home with you. The delights continue into the cozy classroom in back, featuring a chalkboard with upcoming classes. And these are not just the usual classes ~ one that caught my eye was titled "Small Shrines", which sounded SO intriguing. I was able to speak a bit with one of the owners, Catherine, and she was just lovely, and so so knowledgeable about the artists they represent and the items they sell. If you're in Port Townsend, come visit this shop. If you're not in Port Townsend, make the trip! You're sure to find something to make you smile. So happy I found this shop on my day trip to Port. Can't wait to come back and see what's new/old (lol).
