visited Tobacco convenience, several times to buy vapes, and when just asking general questions, the employees lack of knowledge is astonishing if they were out of a flavor that I liked asked if they had a recommendation what would be similar and was told several times pretty rudely that they don't know I don't understand how you could work at a store and not know what would be similar to the one you use later I found out one of these employees was the owner himself who was the rudest of them all I would think he would want to help his business. It almost seems like he doesn't care. at least if you're not knowledgeable about it, the products you could at least be nice and explain why you don't know, but I just find them very rude and not very knowledgeable and I've heard the same thing from friends that have gone there as well and they're also slightly pricier than other vape stores in the area read more

Without a doubt the only vape store I will go to. Prices and variety of disposables are far better than the area, and are always in stock. There are great people working behind the counter, who are happy to answer questions and make suggestions. If I had to think about where to improve, I guess I would say a wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man out front would be welcome. A bouncy castle maybe? I have gone here multiple times. They offer fair prices, great juice, and the owners and staff are very knowledgable. What prompted me to write this review is they sold me my first Provari over a year ago. When the new Provari P3 got announced, I called and asked if they are getting one in Satin Black. They told me they would put me on a list and call when they got them in. I hear this from many businesses of all types. "World's Finest Vape Shop" couldn't be farther from the truth. There is not a single spectacular thing about this establishment. I was heading to the Poconos for 4th of July weekend, struggling through traffic on 76. I decided to stop here because it was on the way to the turnpike and I had forgotten my charger for my mod batteries. Upon entering, I immediately felt out of place. It looked like someone had, on a whim, decided to turn their living room into a vape shop storefront. There was carpet, a huge stack of book shelves with dvds and books, and the store was maybe 15' by 10'. Oh, and there was a dog in the "back room" barking like he was being beaten. WHERE WAS I? There was a single showcase with a scant selection of vape supplies and the "juice bar" included a 5' long breakfast bar with three stools. There were maybe four other people in the store besides myself and it was at capacity. I took a peek at the showcase and then went straight for what I could only GUESS was the register where two employees -- a woman and a teenaged boy -- took about 5 minutes to acknowledge me. She snarkily asked if I was being helped, which I'm pretty clear was some form of sarcasm because I was standing at the "register" staring blankly like an asshole. I told the boy what I wanted: a charger and a 1200 maH battery. He tried to sell me another battery because their stock for what I wanted "wasn't the greatest" -- although you'd never know because none of the mod batteries were shown in a showcase anywhere. He ended up giving me a different, overpriced battery as well as a piece of SHIT "Trust Fire" charger which makes a horrendous, high pitched buzzing noise whenever it is plugged in without a battery in both ports. It looks and feels like it was glued together in the back room ($20). **Side note: I've previously owned a much nicer, four port battery charger purchased for the same price and it did not include the intolerable squealing noise.** In truth, I have not used the charger since the first time because I cannot deal with the noise. I asked the boy to charge the battery for me, and actually, he gladly did it. Normally at a new shop, I'd take the free time to try some juice, but the "bar" was so packed with douchebags, I wouldn't even have felt comfortable trying to squeeze in to taste what were probably some really mediocre flavors. I will 100% never go back to this place and I'd advise anyone considering traveling out of their way to reconsider. read more

All the employees here seem more interested in hanging out with each other than acknowledging or helping customers. Most products aren't displayed, what is displayed is a paltry selection. Besides the juices, there are no price tags for any product. The juice is great and fairly inexpensive, but whenever I get mine the employees are very condescending about my selections. It's insulting that an employee blatantly judges you based on your choice. You'd think they were commissioned for some of them, because every single time I'm in there they try to force some graham-cracker concoction down my throat. Once I realized it was not a one-time bad experience, and that terrible customer service is the norm, I stopped going here and refuse to go back. Edit: had a juice emergency at work and had to stop in since it was the only store within walking distance. After my eight-or-nine month span of not entering this store, I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in. My husband and I are having a baby, and as party of the process of getting ready for baby to come, he is quitting smoking. He can be a little obsessive about trying everything and making sure he gets the best product for the best price... this is his review: I have recently gotten into vaping to quit smoking. This place makes it FUN to quit! They know everything about vaping, have all the best equipment at good prices, their own in-house "nicotine juice" mixoligist, and are as friendly and knowledgeable as they get! BTW Their mixes taste AND hit better than any of the oils they have mass marketed right now...online or in other vape shops - and I've tried a ton of them! I don't know much about vaping, nor do I find t necessary to but this place is the best vape shop in the area. My husband comes here quite frequently for new juices, if a part is broken, etc. The employees here are extremely approachable and can answer all of your questions about anything vaping. If you have a broken part that needs fixing, the guys fix it on the spot for you. I don't think my husband has ever been charged for this service either. I accompanied a friend here so she could get some credit for a Mod she was unsatisfied with online. The owner was very accommodating and informative and the store was busy - Saturday afternoon. Still, he worked with my friend and gave her a great deal on something she bought online and she walked away with some free gear stuff so did I (some juice and a cover for my iStick). I am relatively new to vaping so the owner was glad to clear up any confusion that I have and make sure I got the right things for my needs. There were informative anti-smoking posters on the wall and a $5 coupon if you left your smokes behind (they have a great want and push to stamp out smoking). The owner is proud of his quit and encourages and informs those that wish to quit by educating and acccommodating their habits with vaping. In order to have vaping catch on effectively, there will need to be more helpful advocates such as this proprietor. Of all the vape lounges and vape bars I have been to, they seem to have a great business to flourish and try to keep their customers happy. They were reasonably priced and not stingy with help or gear. It seems like the people that gave bad reviews caught them at a really busy time when they were not able to get the most personable attention. I think their logo/website could use an upgrade as it's a progressive culture and it seems a bit dated and confusing, maybe needing a streamline. Vaping is a newer subculture that needs education, maintenance and a bit of know-how to catch people's attention. If it seems disorganized and uninviting, it will be easy to turn people off to it. That's just from a business standpoint. Other than that, they kept a clean shop, had great home-made juices and gave great, knowledgeable customer service. These people are awesome. I quit smoking 20 days ago and I knew less than nothing about vaping. These people got me started and took the time to show me what I needed to know. I'm really bad with anything technical.. Like, I can't even check my car's oil. I thought I'd never be able to understand how to maintain a vape or anything.. But they demonstrated everything, and when I returned, they showed me stuff again, answered my questions, and generally are just so nice and helpful. Hubby was trying to kick the habit and my coworker starting vaping and kept talkign about it so we gave it a try. Give them a 4.5 stars. The wife really took her time explaining everything to him, tried a boatload of flavors ( more than I could count) and was just very 1 on 1. Prices are good, even if they were crazy still better than spending on cigs. The store is super relaxed which I dig. I it basically half a living room and half a store. The living room part has a huge flat screen and two big comfy couches where I kicked back while she was going through everything with him. I hate it when I have to stand around bored while someone else shops, kind of bitchy to say but true. The couches are a keeper. NOTE: It isn't some shady head shop selling "tobacco use only" products. No 4 foot bongs and Bob Marley posters haning around. They just do vape products, JUST vape. No glassware at all. It is a haven if your trying to quit cigs or have a partner/friend who is and want to support them. Day 4 into vaping for him, his battery dies ( you need to charge them) and he couldn't charge it. He emaills them after hours saturday night and they got back to him less than a half hour later which was nice and unexpected. I was afraid he was going to have to go and get a pack to hold over. we went the next day and it was packed! Literally five or six people in there plus the two of us and it was just the husband and wife. No biggie, the apoligized and we were seen in ten minutes. Half point for needing more hands though. Ended up being the charger and not the battery - he explianed the entire thing to hubs- and he replaced dead charger with new charger. PS the Dragon's blood they make inhouse is AMAZING!! This was my first vape shop I have ever been to, and I have yet to find another one like it. Everyone that works there is extremely passionate about what they do, and it shows. The customer service has been nothing but excellent. I am surprised almost every time I am in there on how accommodating they can be. They can be very busy, but bear with it. They have always made sure that I left the shop happy, and I have. I haven't really had enough juices to compare them to anyone, but I am very happy with the juices they make in house. I would much rather spend a little extra money supporting this business than finding a cheaper place or buying online. This isn't to say they are expensive, but typically B+M's are more expensive by nature. These guys are wonderful...until there's a problem. Jon gave an earlier review where he said they replaced a faulty tank for free, that's shocking to me. So they fix batteries for free.....right? Think again!! I bought 2 silver Spinner II's and both broke. Stopped in gave them to Ruben, bought a new black Spinner (they were out of silver) for $35. After holding them for a MONTH...no joke, 1 month. Whenever I called to bitch a little, the answer from Mike or Ruben was "Yo man, we're like...all backed up dude, no one else fixes batteries at all...let alone for free, so consider yourself lucky man". No joke, that's their answer, they remove all accountability because it's free?? Why not charge $10 per battery, this way both parties are held accountable and revenue increases. Anyway back to my story....with much anticipation, I finally receive my batteries in the mail. The package was stamped "TAMPERED", apparently someone at the sorting facility had ripped open and stolen the contents of my package. I visited Ruben, dropped off the broken, empty package, still sealed in Postal Tampered Plastic, he was so apologetic, promised me 2 new ones, or at least ONE if the Post Office didn't honor the claim, said Leah buys insurance on all packages and no worries.....until I call a week later to find out what's happening, when Rubens tone of voice suddenly changes for bothering him (apparently I call too much), tells me that the postal claim will take 30 days and to call back then, then reiterates the whole "we do it for free...no one else does...blah blah blah". Oh and then goes on to tell me that "you and Mike don't get along, so he jumps in between us"...???? I honestly have no idea what he was talking about!!! The place is run like a social club as opposed to a business. So I called a place called Central Vapors in TX, got a new Spinner II, WITH CHARGER! (Worlds Finest does not give chargers you have to buy it separately) for, ready for this.....$18.25!!!! Worlds Finest charges $35 for the same product with no charger. Go to their website and check out their prices. Centralvapors.com. Anyway World's Finest lost a real good customer in me.....over twenty bucks. Does Mike even know what his customer acquisition cost is? If he did, he would probably treat us better when things go wrong. I am a vaping newbie, starting about 5 mos. ago. This was the shop that introduced me to vaping. Unfortunately, if you are not dealing with Reuben, and you're a newcomer, you may get shoddy service and ripped off. Due to their people other than Reuben, and them not really listening to what I've been looking for, I've wasted hundreds of dollars at this place. They've set me up with equipment destined to fail and provide bad results. Now that I've discovered other and seemingly much better vape shops that are interested in quality and the customer's needs, I doubt I'll ever go back. My last and final trip to this shop I dealt with someone other than Reuben. Although I'd previously been told many times that any nicotine level juice was available, this time, the person manning the counter said, "we really only do 6, 12, 24, and so on. When I said that was strange since I'd been coming for months and getting 9, the person said "well, we can do that, just might take some time." Although this was strange, I indicated I'd be willing to come back. After that, the guy went in the back of store and came back literally in 30 seconds with what I asked for....what was that about?? Also the juice he did end of giving me seemed disgusting... They've sold me tanks and batteries that did not work together, coils that I shouldn't have been using. Each time I've gone, it's different coils with different resistances...never mind telling a newbie that the new coils he purchased are not really great for the set up and need different prep than others.... Ultimately, I've found there are way way better shops out there, at least for those of us who are new to this and don't have the time to spend all day reading up on vaping, and those of us that don't want to waste tons of money. read more

They are knowledgable at least from my un-knowledgable standpoint. The brick and mortar store is comfy. You can hang out, talk trash, watch TV. You can sample juice before you buy. They brew their own. Here's the ding(s) that can be easily fixed. 2 days after I purchased a Vision Spinner battery, it stopped working. No light, no ability to charge, no nothing. Being a $25 battery I was disappointed. So I sent an email explaining the issue and received an auto reply. 2 days after that I still not had received a real reply. You're probably thinking why not just return it? Well the confusion is in the terms and conditions and return policy. Here are T&C's. I went into this shop when it first opened because my husband was smoking, and he was coughing so bad he couldnt sleep at night. He tried the vape, liked it, then he told his kids about it, they told their family about it, and so on. They all went in there because of me. If it wasnt for me originally going in there all those years ago, my husband never would have tried it, he wouldnt have gotten his kids to try it. I got all these people to start going there to buy vape. Now, when my husband goes in, he gets deals. He gets price cuts on the fluid, or he will get free fluid! he gets free coils! If there is something wrong with his smoker, he will get a price break. When I go in there I get crap! Absolute full price on everything!! The same manager that gives my husband deals on everything, will say hi when i go in, but I never get a break on anything! I don't vape, I only go in when my husband doesn't feel like it, they know damn well I am buying his stuff, but they won't ever give me a break, just him. Yet he will come home with free vape juice, $100 of merchandise for 40! Its ridiculous! I am the one that brought them all this business and they treat me like crap, and they love my husband!!
