Shauna is the one you want to go to when it comes to the different products they sell. She is extremely knowledgeable , and understands what you are looking for whether it be in liquids or in CBD. Even if they do not have the product you're looking for, she will gladly accommodate you with a product similar to your request. Steve and his staff are great. They are extremely knowledgable about all the different vaping products. They are the only place that carries 100% VG juice; and all the flavors are delicious. As a novice, they took the time to fine me the right equipment and when I was ready they helped me with the rebuildable mods. They have great customer service, great product, and an awesome vape bar to boot. I'd recommend this place to anyone intersted in vaping, from beginners to experts. My only critique is I wish they carried various lines of e-juice - I like using different flavors. Few Shops carry popular brands so its be a great addition. I'm from Los Angeles so I'm use to top notch vapor stores and was annoyed with myself when I realized I didn't buy any juice for my work trip which landed me in Berwyn. I looked up near by Vapor stores and decided to give this place a shot. Not ONLY are the juices by FAR the best I've ever had (EVER) everyone was SO friendly and helpful - Jessica who works there is basically amazing. I bought a new vapor and tank and she walked me through the best way to use it in order to prevent damages or mistakes- some that I'm actually 100% positive I would have made hadn't she told me. Total rip off! Owner tried charging me $160.00 for a 50w istick. I walked out and he came running out and tried to sell it to me for $90.00 as if that was a deal.. I went to primal who is also a little on the high side. I ended up getting it for $55.00 there. I'm all about not buying things online but don't try and sell me something that sells online for $40.00 and $160.00 at your store. Shop around people... Sorry for the 10.00 mistake but you know that you tried to rip me off! So you don't sell the 50w istick for 160? Almost double what any other RETAIL store charges... read more

First experience with vaping. Owner of the shop works behind the counter and is VERY helpful, knowledgable and just a nice guy. He gets his juices custom made and boy are they tasty. His stuff is 100% VG which I prefer because of the side effects and possible dangers of PG. All of his pretty good selection (i think 20 or so) of juices are available to sample in tanks that you can put on your own device or use his. Been a few other places since and havent seen that again. He would rather sell you stuff that works for you than stuff that is expensive even though he has some nice high end stuff (mostly innoken). His prices are very fair (i checked all over the internet) and he has good stock. If you are starting to vape or have been vaping for a while this is one place you need to check out. read more

I seriously cannot say enough good about this place! More specifically, working with Chris. He has been so very helpful in getting me started and now fixing whatever the problem was with my vaporizer so I can continue my journey to quit cigarettes for good! Hands down the best vape shop I have ever been to. I literally drive 40 minutes to go here, despite there being other vape shops around the corner from me, because they are just that much better that its worth making the drive. slightly overpriced but theres a reason. One shop owner is very nice while the other can come off slightly arrogant but he usually means well and wants to educate his customers. Both owners however are extremely helpful and care about their customers and stand behind their products. They only sell their own brand of juice which limits them on variety but they have a juice bar where you can try all their different flavors, and in regards to price they are on the higher end but they do stand behind their products for authenticity and repairs. they don't offer much competitive pricing but their juice isn't bad on price and decent 100% VG. Repairs are free if you buy your stuff there and they have a few reward programs to get free juice for referrals. read more

In short...shop on line for your e-cig. Cheaper and the customer service is better. I was charged 99.00 for an eGo one Mega. It leaks constantly so I cannot use it. At "make it vapor" the "manager" told me "they all leak". The woman working there looked at it and said it was leaking way too much. The "manager" never even looked at it. These guys helped me get started by educating me on the different options there are in the vapor world and I became a loyal customer. In fact, I spent over $1500 in that store. Then one day I decided to see what was available online and I found that I had been getting ripped off. Man did I feel stupid. I found out that I had been paying double and sometimes triple for everything that I'd purchased. This store offers 10% coupons that you can get when you shop at the grocery store and I left mine at home one time and the owner wouldn't give me the 10% off. I cannot tell you how pissed off I was. I had even filled out an application to work there because I thought it was such a great place to shop. Ive been a smoker for about ten years and until I found vaping I thought there was no way out. I just couldnt stop. I tried vaping but all the flavors had a chemical/perfume taste to them . The owner here is extremely ignorant. I waited forever to get waited on and when I finally did the owner pressured me into making a rushed decision because he wanted to close. I was already waiting for about 45 minutes to get waited on in the first place. Then the Owner did wait on me he argued with me telling me that I'm inexperienced and would blow myself up if I purchased what I was looking for. I told him I wanted a mod with a rebuildable deck. he sold me on the ego 1 XL saying it was the best place to start despite that's not what I was looking to buy. He literally sold me on it. I guarantee he just made a bigger profit off of that item and hoped I would be back to purchase a mod and sub tank from him. I didn't appreciate the high pressure sales tactics that cause me to waste my money on something I didn't even want. After wasting 110 dollars on the ego 1 XL which sold for $60 online at the time, I finally went to another store who set me up with what I was looking for for only a few dollars more. I decided to give them a try again because I like their juice but that seems to be a mistake also. I drove in on a Sunday night around 7 o'clock pm. I went to open the door but it was locked and they were closed despite three other people sitting around the counter and no short of rush to get out of there. I asked the owner who else sold juice when he got agitated but decided to wait on me anyway. Unfortunately this was the same gentleman who sold me the ego One XL and again rushed me out of the store like I was inconveniencing him. On top of that the juice was defective. It is usually crystal clear but this time was cloudy and lacking in flavor. I called to inquire about the color and lack of flavor and was told that that sometimes happens. I was informed to come back in and get a refund. This was at 3:50 p.m. on a Sunday. I get showered then dressed but wonder what time they are open till so I checked their website and noticed they are only open until 4 p.m. . It is about a half hour later when I decided to call back to make sure that they were open since I was instructed to come in when the place was due to close in 10 minutes. When I called back it was about quarter after 4 when someone answered just to tell me that they were closed. If I had not called I would have wasted a trip to the store. read more

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and willing to be patient with you and walk you through what you need to know so first timers or someone looking to get some equipment tailored to them I would recommend. Their prices are also very fair. My gripe is with the juice here and it might just be personal taste but i don't like any of them I've tried so far. I got three all at different ends of the flavor spectrum. They were fine when I sampled them but after trying them in my tank I wasn't impressed. I messed with the settings and made sure everything was super clean before changing flavors and dumped them after a few hours of vamping and went back to my tried and true dragons blood.
