I purchased the Harmony Firm with the old mattress as the discount towards the new one. Hence the name of the business. I hope to keep having good Karma with this business because commercial mattress prices are quite horrific but You won't be able to swap those out for a discount either unless you paid the warranty. The guy was very informative and actually helpful. They aren't pushy and aren't the breathing down your neck type. I did take off one star because the warehouse people can't seem to follow instructions and called the wrong person even though the receipt stated to call someone else on the list. Anyhow, they are coming tomorrow with both mattresses. Do I think it's a bang for your buck? Yes, I do! I will warn you that they don't carry mattress name brands like Sealey or Serta. Those makers "supposedly" make the mattresses at Xtreme but with "other names". I would say check it out if you are looking for a mattress at a decent price.

Each year gets softer more saggy till 2 1/2 years later we had enough. The bed was covered and still looks perfect to eye with no one on it so warrantee not in effect .The salesman first told us if we choose new bed he match the $1599 we paid but when went in to purchase then said take only $200 off making our costs way too high. Do not trust them and convinced their stuff made special for store of inferior quality,. We plan to give the bed away too nice throw away but need to repurchase. If need cheap bed for kid or guest room they probably fine, but not master bed. unless plan keep it for short time. Seen many reviews since similiar our experience delivered wrong bed, not honor sleep guarantee and manufacturer warrantee no on ever gets on any bed they big joke.

She showed us around the store and showed us what we wanted to see. Recently, we returned to purchase and the experience was similar - arriving at store opening we were again quickly met by Barb. Based on our requirements, she recommended a specific mattress and that is what we ordered. We also purchased 2 L&P adjustable beds to put the mattresses on. The mattresses were manufactured, delivered and the beds set up in our bedroom by the date specified. Shortly after, I found some minor deficiencies with the L&P adjustable beds and emailed Barb. She promised to send a tech with some parts to look at the beds and correct the problem. The guys came as promised, had the small parts I wanted and we fixed the problem. I prefer dealing with family businesses and CJ Mulholland did not disappoint. We are now sleeping more comfortably than we ever have and I would highly recommend this business.

Meanwhile, this mattress continues to get worse. It simply cannot handle my 122 lb. body weight when in use. The materials instantly compress so much that I experience physical discomfort and soreness (an iPad on a stand next to the bed is now exactly level with my face while I'm lying down). This points to a massive failure in the product's support capacity. I'm forced to sleep on my couch now rather than my bed because of the hip and glute pain I'm experiencing. This company's system for resolving customer complaints is clearly broken if the manager ignores a significant issue a customer is having. I cannot recommend a company that sells low-quality products and provides zero follow-up customer service. I will file a formal complaint with the BBB and the NYS Consumer Protection Agency if I don't get a response soon. *****ORIGINAL REVIEW***** I purchased the Celestial Pegasus Plush Innerspring mattress and thought I'd finally get relief from the hip pain and foot numbness I had from my four year old Saatva latex mattress that I spent a fortune on. I should note the pain and numbness only happen when I'm lying down in bed so this isn't a medical issue. I used their exchange policy after sleeping on that mattress for 30 days and exchanged it for the Simmons Emerald Coast, which I was told was a plush mattress. Now I have a whole new pain - my glute is constantly throbbing from lying on this mattress and now I'm stuck with a very expensive mistake. Never purchase a pillow top from Simmons. They sag very quickly. After doing some Googling, I found out this mattress is best for back sleepers and I can see why. That's the only way to sleep on it without much pain, although I'm a side sleeper and can't get used to sleeping on my back. I told the salesperson that I am a side sleeper so I figured he was pointing me in the right direction for side sleepers. I don't have the money to purchase yet another mattress so I'm forced to live in pain. I never in my life had so many issues with mattresses and I know it's possible to be comfortable because I recently slept in a hotel and at a friend's and had no issues. Prior to purchasing the Saatva and then these two mistakes from City Mattress, I never had issues. Bedtime was a pleasure for me. Now it's torture. Service was just ok. Nothing special, but not bad either. I suggest going elsewhere where there are many more brands to choose from.
