David Gadd is an idiot. there are better lawyers in town. He has no clue about business laws and was inattentive when we met him.

After my dear sweet Mother's passing from Covid 19 and after her funeral I was so emotionally…read moredrained and distraught that I did not have the energy to then deal with my Mother's estate and will. I posted an accurate, objective description of my case on his website requesting a phone consultation. After days of hearing nothing back, I politely called his office. His receptionist said he was in and asked if I needed to schedule an appointment or not. I was unsure if he had looked over my request so I said "Phone consultation is probably a good start." I was placed on hold in a three-way teleconference. Dennis picked up and said "Hello." I greeted him cheerfully and asked if he had looked over my request. He stated, "Kevin, thanks, but no thanks." and hung up inexplicably. He offered no reason why, nor gave me common courtesy typically associated with professional phone decorum. I wouldn't recommend this sour-ass son of a bitch to anybody.
