I was referred to this business by my family, who now deeply regret doing so after my experience. I…read morewanted a small patio poured in my back yard. I gave Cody Rinebold my vision and he gave me a quote. This project was to take 6 days. Prior to beginning an additional $2100 was added onto the original quote as a permit was required to fill a cistern I had where the patio was, which I understoodto an extent. He began the project on June 7th and did less than 3 days work, filling the cistern and laying the forms, gravel, and rebar. From June 13th onward, I was given various reason why he couldn't pour concrete. Rain, too hot, and through no fault of my own, issues with getting put on a schedule for concrete to be delivered. This went on from June 13th-July 20th! He has said if I paid another $450, I could guarantee next day delivery, maybe, and if the weather was good. At this point I also recieved a bill from the gravel company who had reached out to Cody more than 7 times to get paid, but he never responded to them. After multiple attempts to get him to send me proof he paid it went ignored, I got stuck paying it since it was delivered to my property in Cody Rinebold's name. What if he did the same thing when the cement was delivered? Would I be responsible to pay that too? How much is he going to add on to the final bill now? At this point I made the decision to let Cody go. I wasn't going to spend any more money on more "maybes". I have already overpaid more than $1300 to Cody. I have requested for this money to be returned to me since he never finished. The last message I got from Cody was on July 20th where he said he would return my money "within a week or so". It is now August 4th and I have seen no money, nor will he respond to any messages, which seems like a trend based on other reviews. It's frustrating to see he took my money to work on other people's project's like a Ponzi scheme. I do NOT recommend Simple Solutions, or any business with Cody Rinebold.

I never have had a trailer installed by these people. But we live in Worthington Arms Mobile home…read morepark and they use their service to install manufactured mobile homes. Twice now, they have asked to BORROW our electricity from an outlet, that we have outside. I am tired of it. I do not get paid to service my electricity to Deckers, so they can install another mobile home. The new neighbors have Electricity, so they can use theirs or ask for permission before they leave from work. The last time they BORROWED my electricity, they caused my lights to go crazy!! Not happening again. I am not sure why this company is not equipped to handle these situations. But if you're installing another mobile home, you should be equipped with something like a generator. I married an electrician so I know what's going on as far as that goes. Please, kindly stop asking me to borrow my electricity. As for the mobile home community, they are responsible for making sure that the service they hire has the necessary equipment, electrical outlets, or whatever other equipment is needed to get their job done in a timely manner. These people also caused a little traffic jam in the mobile home community, as well. Two school buses, could not get through the community, to drop kids off on our street. They had to be asked, to please kindly move their trucks, they wouldn't do it. If you have any questions you can reach me via inbox. This is not professional, in my opinion!
