However, this place has gone to the dogs. they don't call you back. When I finally talked to Lisa, she promised to call me back. nothing. Terrible service. Look, if they are booked and don't want my business that is fine, but have the common friggin courtesy to call me back and tell me. I have been sitting here, wanting to get started on PT and they have no respect for anyone. I have since found another qualified PT group who actually called me back in like 5 minutes. KU Sports Medicine has gone the way of its basketball program, right down the tubes.

The only reason why I am not leaving a 5 star review is that their services are VERY expensive. If you've got good insurance then that shouldn't be a problem but I mine has a very high deductible so I did have to pay a significant amount of money out of pocket for the physical therapy. It was worth every penny but still very expensive.

I asked for that nurse to not care for my mom in the future. That worked for a few days, but one night she was having issues and that same nurse was in her room. My mom would push the call button and wait for a long time before anyone would come. She waited on the toiltet one time before someone came to help her back to bed. Her pain meds were often given to her an hour later than expected, which would then be hard to get her pain managed. Her room was dirty and i never saw anyone clean it. There were a few caring people. Amanda as a great nurse. Matt was so kind when giving my mom meds. Be aware of Susan, a nurse there. Not only was she horrible to my mom, but I witnessed her being awful to another patient. That was when I knew my mom's horrible experience wasn't the only one. Even when they said she was a valuable nurse.

I am now a patient of Dr. Stacy Shutz in dermatology and this review reflects how I feel about her and about the office visits to this location. I have been treated with utmost respect on both occasions. The first time it did seem like I spent a great deal of time filling out paper work - though everything is actually done on an ipad. This time, I was able to do all the sign in work online before arriving at the office and that seemed to speed things up to a remarkable degree. I no sooner sat down after announcing my presence than there I was being called back to the exam room. Impressive in a room filled with folks waiting to be seen. The office site is large and very clean. There are tons of advertising materials everywhere but no one tried to sell me anything. This is my first go around with pre-cancerous spots and with all things dermatology. Dr. Shutz took time to explain what the different terminologies meant and what treatment would be best. When I expressed a concern about disfigurement that might result from treatment of the place on my face, she took me through exactly what would happen and what my face would look like during the healing process. I really appreciated her taking time to be thorough in this and not making me feel like an dummy or an annoyance.
