I stopped in the other day and was greeted by rich aromas of sugar and butter, a very good sign. It's a very small place, no seating, takeout only. They have a good variety of pastries and small cakes in the counter. I do wish they had some labels or prices though, I hate feeling like a bother/poor person when I ask the worker what something is or how much it costs. I chose a passionfruit raspberry cake slice and it was beautiful, though definitely not cheap (cost over 5$ after tax for a small slice). The girl at the counter was friendly and packaged my slice into a small box for me. I will probably be back when my next sugar craving hits.

You are greeted warmly upon entering. There are many flavors to choose from and the best part, you get to try them all!!! My favorite was the mango and strawberry. They are super kid friendly and focused. My daughter loved the chocolate and bubble gum flavor. Bonus that your child gets to choose a surprise from a box of toys afterwards! I've seen him talk to many people, many who seem to be regulars. I first met the owner 2 summers back, he had given me a coupon for a free gelato. I'd forgotten about it until recently. I wasn't sure he'd still accept it but he very kindly did! I chose the pistachio gelato, it seemed to be one of the most popular flavours. The scoops were far more generous than I expected! The flavour was very rich and had plenty of pistachio taste. The gelato wasn't perfect; there was a bit of ice in it. But I can't complain, after all the service was lovely and it was free. My partner got a soft serve ice cream which was also very good! There are also a multitude of macaron flavours and also fresh churros! There's cotton candy as well, which kids seemed to go crazy for. There's also a saltwater fishtank inside the store which was very cool! I would definitely come back, the owner is a very nice man. I saw him offer free treats to kids passing by, and it's definitely worth a visit just to chat with him.

My friend brought me here and it was such a lovely experience. It's a small little gatherie nestled off a Main Street with a small parking lot (and street parking around). You walk and in and are immediately greeted by a warm and friendly service person. There is a delicious odor you breathe into your lungs as you walk in that makes you want to eat everything in there! Some things we had and recommend: -Gelato! They have tons of great flavors, including kid friendly ones. My daughter loved the "le barbe de Papa" (what a unique name! Translated to "Papa's beard") -Cannolis! They make them right in front of you on demand wow! The big ones are HUGE fyi so I would go with the mini (3 minis equal to 1 big). Or if you are a big cannoli fan totally go with the big one but for me the big one was a bit too much. I'd go for the smaller one next time. -Churros: the churros were crunchy, and just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar! -Savory flatbread: they had so many savory choices! I got the zucchini flavor and it was delicious. They warm it up for you! They also have lots of great choices too for coffee drinks and tons of other baked goodies. I had received the confirmation and the money was took from my credit card. However, when I went to the store (Marché de l'Ouest) to pick up my order, the staff told me my order was cancelled?! She said they had called"me" in the morning and because "I" didn't answer the phone so they had cancelled my order! They are lying!!! First of all, I don't know who they called because I didn't receive any call at all! ( I showed her my call history and she couldn't find their number). Secondly, I have a voice mail and no message had left me. If they really called me they could leave a message to tell me that my order was cancelled. But nothing! Thirdly, I didn't receive any email or message to tell me my order was cancelled. When I go to my account, there is only a message tell me my order was accepted! When I spoke to the manager,he told me I need to call their store back on Monday to ensure they had processed the refund! It's look like that's all my fault! They took my money, cancelled my order without any notice! Now I'm responsible to make sure I will get the refund! When they cancelled my order why they didn't issue me a refund at the same time?! No logic at all!!! Really disappointed !!! Shame on their dishonesty! I wouldn't be this angry if they just admitted their fault!
