Despite personally measuring my shipment at 2.7 m³, I was billed for over 4 m³. Items were excessively packed - small items, not fragile were wrapped in huge paper balls in order to add boxes - clearly inflating the total volume, and even just partly filling the boxes with paper for no reason, with nothing fragile inside.
