I am a stickler about my car and have had bad paint jobs with previously used auto body shops, but that was not the case with Crossy's. The paint job was a perfect match. My car has some metalflack on it so I was worried but the match is dead on perfect. They went above and beyond and even buffed out a place on my door that had nothing to do with my accident damage. My car looked brand new. They were quick too. They did all the upfront work with my insurance company also. I couldn't ask for a better experience and will always take my car back to Crossy's.

On the recommendation of Custom Complete, I got quotes from Cook's and a competitor. Cook's quote was half of the competitor's. Since my car is a beater, I was looking for the best deal, and I went with Cook's. The staff at Cook's were friendly and helpful, and I didn't feel that they were trying to pull a fast one on me. They got the work done for the quoted price and even buffed up some cosmetics for free. Pickup was delayed by one day because their supplier didn't bring the part the first time, so the whole job took three days. The repaired car looks better than it did before the accident. And while the car was in the shop, the staff were able to give me free rides to/from work, which was very helpful. Overall I was very satisfied and I would definitely return if I needed more work done.
