My mom ordered a fridge earlier this week and paid extra to have it by today. We called 5 times…read morethroughout the day, several times they were "busy with customers" but we got through once. They assured us it would be here today. The last time we called, the guy had left for the day, without even calling us back. Now we will be living out of a cooler for at least 4 more days (already have been for a week and a half) over labor day weekend. Not happy, and probably canceling the order tomorrow.
