Thankfully, his daughter has taken over the small hotdog stand and has not lost a beat, by providing the same, best chili hotdogs, not only in the state but possibly the country. I am a huge fan of WV slaw dogs and have eaten them across the state. But Yann's is different. They are very simple, dog, on a bun, a spoon full of spicy and delicious chili, onions, with or without mustard, that would not be as good covered in slaw. Yann's hot dogs go down so easily, I ate 3 in the car outside of the stand and run back into the store for 3 more. Thank you, Ms. Catherine, for keeping your father's and your family's legacy alive and well, while even including a smile with service.

To be truthful I wanted to try Poky Dot Restaurant but they were closed, so I did a search on Google and Woody's was recommended. I found it easily and realized that I had been here before. I parked in their private lot and went inside. It was not very busy, which I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Hot Dog with Chili, Slaw & Onions and she asked Mild or Hot Chili... WOW an options!! So, I said Heck give me one of each....up sale!!! I also asked for a cup of ice for my can of Coca Cola in the car. I decided to eat in my car while driving home. I applied salt & pepper (my standards). I found that both chili's had a kick but the Hot was very Hot. I like Hot Chili but not on my dogs!! So next time, I will go mild. The slaw didn't taste HOMEMADE to me...it tasted like Walmart Deli Slaw which is a No-No to me!! On my personal scoring scale for my favorite food...I give them a 3.5 out of 5!!! A unique touch here is getting your chili mild, medium or hot. Buns were toasted and perfectly moist inside! A great WV dog! And a neighborhood staple. And like many reviews mention, the fries were hot! We stopped in during a midweek lunch rush and service was quick. The fish tank inside entertained my 2 year old and we were lucky enough to snag a table next to it. They are conveniently right off 79 making it an easy spot to hit while traveling.
