He and his team were outstanding and attentive to any concerns I might have had. His nurses at the clinic are so helpful as well providing me with documentation I needed to bring to work in a timely manner and kept me informed of future appts I have post op. There were a couple of nice folks, but dang, do they put up with some nasty, grouchy people. It's an orthopedic place, so I get some are in pain, but it's no reason to take it out on the staff. But in any case, I was told to come in half an hour prior, I came 45 minutes early. It's just what I do. I had to wait for two people who thought their appointment was more important than mine as they jumped ahead of me to check in. After that, I feel like my wait was minimal and even if it weren't, no one asked me to come 45 minutes early. I was given paperwork promptly. I filled it out. I turned it in. I then returned to my seat to await my appointment time or until my name was called. In my very short wait, I scoped put the waiting area. It is quite pleasant looking and comfortable, with ample seating. Everyone was wearing masks, but I'm not sure if they're currently required or if they were just worn out it habit. I was called very quickly I thought and an extremely nice lady went over a questionnaire with me before the doc came. He arrived quickly, addressed my issue and presented solutions, should I feel I warrant further care, and I went about my way. Pretty quick, efficient visit.

I'm a pretty picky…read moreconsumer, so I leave reviews only when VERY well deserved-in my opinion of course :) I have been to MANY body workers and he is exceptional - like an engineer trying to figure out the root cause. Not only are his his hands work amazing, but also the other modalities he has to offer including the use of a massage gun. I appreciate that Boghi has made massage gun videos that are accessible, easy to understand, educational and mostly provides pain relief. Due to chronic illness, my body has some type of constant pain and going to get body work all the time can add up so having these videos gives me the ability to help myself in between times if needed. I have a strong massage gun that I would always try and pound out the pain, but more often than not the pain would return by the next day. The techniques that Boghi provides is gentler and helps teach some of my muscles to respond differently such that I get longer periods of pain relief. I haven't been able change some habits ie walking that create the pain/tightness because of nerve damage , so this kind of relief management has been very helpful. In addition, there is potential that the longer periods of relief may start to shift some patterns my body is stuck in. I'm also grateful he's available for phone /video consults should I have questions and/or need assistance modifying according to my body.

On Feb 4, 2026 I was scheduled for sinus surgery. IV Reglan was ordered for nausea. This is known…read moreto have a side effect of anxiety if administered too quickly. It was pushed fast and I had a severe panic attack. I left with no surgery. In the meantime, the infection in my sinus became severe enough that i was sent to OU ER and to my PCP to get a higher level of care. Surgery was rescheduled for April 29, 2026. Although i was not given Reglan this time, my care at DRH was still concerning. My husband was told he would get text messages throughout the surgery. We verified with 2 people that the correct number was on file. He never got one text, he reported it to the volunteers and was still never given updates. The volunteer kept telling he would get a text but made no effort to find out why surgery was taking so long or how i was. Surgery was 4 hours long. After surgery he was not given any information about how my surgery went. It was not until 2 days later when I was able to log into the patient portal, that i was able to see Dr notes that explained everything. Then on May 15 I sent a message to patient relations with my concerns and was told i would receive a letter in the mail. I did so about a week later telling me that they in fact did send several texts. case closed. So I sent another email to patient relations explaining that something is faulty with the system because he did NOT get a text and that i'm also upset the the complaint about how the medicine was administered incorrectly, was not even addressed in the letter. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not received any response. So now my complaint is about Patient relations, it should be renamed as hospital relations, as it is only defending the hospital and not advocating for the patient.
