They do such a good job with the children. The owner, Mary, is so personable and friendly. They are very communicative with the parents. They say it takes a village to raise a baby. Well, I think of them as my village. They have been a huge to helpto me and have been able to answer so many of the questions I had as a new parent. I would highly recommend this place!

The teachers truly care about our kids and our kids love the staff (even with teacher changes which is expected in this environment, they hire great staff time and time again). The curriculum they offer at each age level is perfect. The daily sheets were always nice to get when the girls were young so we were able see what was going on. The sheets also gave us a place to start dinner conversation with the girls. Now, they think they just get to "play" all day but little do they know they are learning - love it! The other thing that our family likes about KinderCare is the flexibility. We certainly pay more for this flexibility but when you have a job that fluctuates on a regular basis it's hard to depend on one person and some locations you pay for your spot no matter what - here I'm able to take the girls when I need to and it's nice; I don't have to stress over paying money for time I'm not using but know I can count on them when something comes up and I have to take them there last minute. All of these things combined are great but the most important is that our kids are happy and healthy and that gives me the ability to go to work knowing they are in good hands!

I would recommend this center to anyone.  Every family and child is made to feel they are most important ones. The center is run with a professional but fun atmosphere. One of the best examples I can give of how amazing the center and teachers are is one day when our daughter couldn't find her blanket. No less than 7 teachers and both the director and the assistant director helped us look for 30 minutes until it was found. Simply above and beyond! I have never once seen this center in any shape other than impeccable cleanliness. It's amazing how well maintained it is. It has been a joy to watch our daughter flourish at this center. Creative Child was recommended to me by a friend from church. She knows the director personally, because the director teaches Sunday school/religion classes to her child. When I first arrived, I was welcomed to take a tour of the center. The director was friendly and answered all of my questions. She reassured me and made me feel at ease. My 3 year old has been going there for 3 months. I couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful and the director cares for the children there as if they were her own. My child did have a few issues adjusting and lashed out at her teacher, but we all met and figured out the best way to handle it. The director (and teacher) were very understanding and offered worked with us to resolve the issue. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my child. I'm so glad for Creative Child!

Unless you have a very mild mannered 2-5 year old, who never acts out or misbehaves, I would not recommend this place. I wanted to pull her out for months but instead, kept working with them on things so I didn't have to add anymore changes to my daughter's life. Well, let's just say I wish I would've pulled her much sooner. The director also spoke to me as if I were a child, spoke to me poorly about my child and then behaved like a child once I gave my 2 week notice. Positive thing is most of the actual teachers are caring and have good programs for the children throughout the day.

We originally chose this center because it was close to home, but what a blessing it has turned out to be. The staff there is AMAZING and my daughter, even at 7 years old now, still loves going every day. She wakes up happy every morning and excited about going to day care. Last summer she decided to attend the YMCA as some of her classmates were attending their program, and she dreaded going every day. Cuddle Care is the only place I can leave my daughter each day and not feel even an ounce of anxiety and know she's in great hands. The owner, Kathy, is so kind and clearly loves children. She makes great homemade meals each day that my daughter loves and plans fun activities such as show and tell, water days, etc. Cuddle Care has my highest recommendation!

The daycare itself was dirty and disorganized. My child was injured on a few different occasions (kids get hurt, I understand that) but I was not notified, and when I inquired about how he was hurt I was always told that nobody saw anything. There was no structure, the kids were just left to play while the employees sat playing on their phones and making plans for the weekend.
