They blocked the down spouts and then sucked the fluid after they were done. All of my down spouts go underground to the lake. The roof looked great for 4 years. No lawn/plants killed either. The house was done very well as well and the painter was very pleased. I was not as happy that the electronics (video cameras, video door bell and special hot water pumps were shorted out due to the washing. This cost over $1000 in repairs. Half way through the service I overheard a phone call where he was berating and using foul language, I have two small children so I was not happy to say the least. When I stepped outside to ask him to please take his phone call to his vehicle the owner exhibited rudeness that compounded my frustration. To make matters worse, the cleaning process resulted in significant damage to my pool deck, leaving me with an unsightly and costly repair. Such behavior and service quality are inexcusable, and I would strongly advise others to seek alternative pressure washing services.

Also replace are back porch stairs. We knew the A-Team was the only individuals that we would go with so we called them. They came out and gave us a quote and that was all we needed to say yes. Materials in, they set up a time for them to start the projects. Three days later the work was completed and we are very satisfied with the work they did and it looks great. They took their time and made sure it was completed with precision and it looks good. Replaced my built porch gate with a new one and did a fantastic job. You feel that they were doing a project for their homes and were making sure it was done right. They made a decision on the back porch stairs on how to make it look and they nailed it! We also found another small project while they were working on the front porch and they came back to work on what we wanted done. Before they arrived to work, my wife saw them across the street and found out that they wanted pretty much the work we had done and a few more projects. They were just waiting for a quote and hopefully they will go with them. Our friend is also waiting for a quote for a small project they would like done. I am sure they will go with them. All I can say we use them for another project on our home and know it will be correctly and with the better material that was used when our home was built. These strips were too narrow to fill the gap left between the two floors. Jim said that he would reorder in more transition strips. He told us would get back to us and come out to ensure these strips would work - that was in September. Jim did not get back to us, I had to contact him. Here we sit, the floor still is not completed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business! It is by far the worst follow-up and communications I have ever encountered from a business owner!
