Just recently, the drawers got stuck shut (apparently over time some of the interior pieces can jam the drawers). Not knowing where else to turn, I called Lizell. Lois was extremely pleasant and helpful in putting me in touch with their service department. Mike got back to be within a few days and sent "superman" Lou out the next day. Lou got the file drawers opened in short order and fixed the drawers to they wouldn't get stuck again. Even though I made my purchase years ago, I was so pleased that Lizell was able to address my situation. Everyone I dealt with was really pleasant and the service was top notch.

When I got there they were sold out & I was moderately annoyed. The employee told me they would be getting a shipment in that night or the next morning & I should come back the next day around 3 PM (to give them time to unload, etc). That sounded reasonable to me. I returned about 5 mins to 3 PM the next day ... still nothing. I was annoyed. Then an employee, Justus, approached me and said he would try to locate the item in the back & I could browse & he would find me. That sounded good to me. He returned empty-handed. He offered to call me when the items are unloaded & he would set them aside for me & would make sure that I will get them at the sale price (even if the sale would be over). He said that when I was ready to check out for me to have the cashier paige him & he would take care of me. He did. Justus is the kind of employee that every employer should want to have. I certainly will continue to shop here. This customer is a VERY satisfied customer. Kudos to Justus.

I just saw something stupid in at Staples in Wyomissing. The woman in front of me had a purchase…read moreending in 1 cent. She handed the exact amount of money, including the penny to the clerk. The clerk said that she was not allowed to accept pennies and asked the woman for a nickel. The woman took back the penny and gave the clerk a nickel. The clerk finished the purchase, rounded the amount down, and handed the nickel back to the woman. Pennies are still legal currency in the US and should have been accepted.
